A sealing apparatus which seals an annular gap of a hole into which a shaft is to be inserted, includes a sealing apparatus body to be fitted into the hole, and a slinger to be attached to the shaft. The sealing apparatus body includes a reinforcing ring annular around an axis line, and an elastic body portion attached to the reinforcing ring and annular around the axis line. The slinger includes a flange portion extending toward an outer periphery side and annular around the axis line. The elastic body portion includes an end-face lip extending on one side in an axis line direction, contacting the flange portion from another side in the axis line direction, and annular around the axis line. At least one groove is formed on the other side of the flange portion, and a plurality of projections are formed side by side in a circumferential direction on an inner periphery surface of the end-face lip extending in a spiral manner in a rotation direction of the shaft from the other side to the one side and being formed on an inner periphery side of a slinger contact portion of the end-face lip.

Sealing apparatus

A sealing device includes an annular reinforcing ring and an elastic body part, and the elastic body part has an annular seal lip, an annular dust lip, and an annular side lip. The side lip extends toward the outer side on an outer periphery side of the dust lip, and includes a distal end portion, a middle portion, and a root portion. The root portion is an annular portion, the middle portion is a portion that is outside of the root portion, and an annular portion that increases in diameter toward an outward side, and the distal end portion is a portion that is outside the middle portion, and an annular portion that increases in diameter toward an outward side. The distal end portion is bent to an inner periphery side from the middle portion.

Sealing device for differential mechanism

A seal device prevents sealing fluid on the inner-machine side from leaking to the outer-machine side between a housing and a rotating shaft inserted into a shaft hole on the housing. The seal lip is attached to the inner periphery of the shaft hole to slidingly contact the seal flange attached to the outer periphery of the rotating shaft. The thread groove, which exerts a fluid pumping action when the shaft is rotating, is provided on the seal flange so as to intersect with a lip end of the seal lip. The thread groove is formed so as to have a relatively small cross-sectional area in a sliding area in the seal flange that the seal lip comes in sliding contact with and have a relatively large cross-sectional area in an inner peripheral side area located on an inner peripheral side more than the sliding area.

Seal

A sealing device includes a metal ring, a main lip, an annular elastic body, a sliding ring, and biasing means. The metal ring is hermetically fixed to a housing. The main lip is bonded to the metal ring and is slidably in close contact with an outer periphery surface of a rotating body inserted through an inner circumference of the housing. The annular elastic body is bonded to the metal ring on an outer side of the main lip, and stretchable in an axial direction. The sliding ring is provided at an end portion of the annular elastic body on a side opposite the metal ring, and is slidably in close contact with a seal flange attached to an outer periphery of the rotating body. The biasing means is configured to elastically press the sliding ring against the seal flange, thereby maintaining stable sealability over an extended period of time.

Sealing device

A slinger of an oil seal has a thread groove carrying out a pumping action toward a diametrically outer side in an external side end surface of a flange portion. A lip seal member has a main lip, a rubber-like elastic dust lip and a rubber-like elastic intermediate lip. The intermediate lip directs a lip end to a machine inner side, comes into close contact with the slinger over a whole periphery with the lip end, and has annular first projections and circumferentially partial second projections in a facing portion to the slinger. The first projection has a structure which makes dust hard to pass through to the lip end by forming a micro gap in relation to the slinger. The second projection has a structure which properly keeps the micro gap under generation of eccentricity in a rotary shaft by having a higher portion than the first projection.

Oil seal

A sealing device capable of preventing turnover of a dust lip and damage to a dust lip caused by insertion of a shaft. A bumper portion () made of a rubber-like elastic body and reducing an impact that the dust lip () receives from the shaft when the shaft is inserted into the sealing device () is provided on the side opposite to the sealed area (O) with respect to the dust lip (), and an inner diameter of a tip of the bumper portion () on an inner peripheral side is set to be larger than an outer diameter of a part of the shaft on which a main lip () and the dust lip () slide and to be smaller than an inner diameter of a part having the largest inner diameter in a portion connecting the main lip () and the dust lip ().

An oil seal has a lip seal member, a slinger and a dust cover. The slinger has a thread groove carrying out a pumping action toward a diametrically outer side. The dust cover achieves a dust shake-off action by a centrifugal force at the shaft rotating time, and a labyrinth seal action by forming a micro gap in relation to the lip seal member. The lip seal member has a main lip and a dust lip. The elastic dust lip has a first bellows portion receiving an atmospheric pressure by an inner surface and receiving an internal pressure between the lips by an outer surface, a second bellows portion receiving the atmospheric pressure by an outer surface and receiving the internal pressure between the lips by an inner surface, and a lip end. A pressure receiving area of the first bellows portion is greater than the second bellows portion.

A lip type end face sealing device having excellent sealability to different kinds of liquids on both sides in the axial direction and having excellent durability. A case is tight fitted to an inner peripheral face of a housing and includes case members. One pair of seal lips is integrally fitted to inner peripheral flange parts, positioned oppositely each other in the axial direction, and opened in a tapered shape. One pair of the seal lips is slidably contacted with flange parts of slingers tight fitted to an outer periphery of a rotary shaft. Pressure in seal internal spaces between the seal lips is released through a vent hole.

Lip type end face sealing device

To improve durability of a seal lip () of an oil seal () in slidably contact with the peripheral surface of a shaft (), a lubricating oil supply section () for collecting adhered oil and dropping it on the shaft () is provided at a forward end portion of an installation section (), the lubricating oil supply section () has projections () formed on the inner peripheral surface of the installation section () to collect oil on the surface thereof, the surface of each projection () has a recess () for temporarily accumulating oil, guidance projections, or a slope for collecting the oil, and dams are formed on a forward end face () of the installation section () to block the oil flowing down along the circumferential direction on the forward end face () and guides the oil toward each projection ().

To prevent muddy water intrusion into a sliding section (S) of an oil seal lip (), a sealing device () has an oil seal () mounted at an opening end () of a housing () and a slinger () mounted axially outside the oil seal () on a rotating body (), the oil seal () is formed from a rubber-like elastic material integrally with a metal reinforcement ring () and has the oil seal lip () slidably contacting with the outer peripheral surface of the rotating body () and a side lip () slidably contacting with the slinger (), the reinforcement ring () has a sliding tube section () radially outside a sliding section (S) of the side lip (), and a external seal lip () provided on a radially outer section () of the slinger () slidably contacts with the outer peripheral surface of the sliding tube section ().

An endoscope device in which endoscope images and patient information can be recorded in a removable storage medium and in which the endoscope images and patient information recorded in the storage medium can be reproduced. The endoscope device has a selection means for reproducing the endoscope images in a list form and selecting at least one endoscope image from the reproduced list; a display means for inputting additional information other than the patient information, adding the additional information to the endoscope image selected by the selection means, and displaying the result; and a recording/reproduction means for recording the selected endoscope image and the additional information in the storage medium or reproducing the image and the information.

Endoscope apparatus

To improve sealing performance, a sealing device comprises an oil seal () mounted to a non-rotating housing (), and a dust cover () mounted to a rotating body () outside the oil seal (), one of the oil seal () and the dust cover () facing each other has an external seal lip () slidably in close contact with the other of them () outside the slide sections (S, S) between the oil seal () and the rotating body (), the oil seal () and the dust cover () have non-contact lips () which are positioned outside the slide sections (S, S) and inside the external seal lip (), have substantially conical tubular shapes becoming larger in diameter toward the tips thereof, and are loosely inserted to each other, and a labyrinth seal () is provided at the outer diameter side of the external seal lip ().

A sealing device in which oil (O) is supplied by ejection to a sealing device body (). In the sealing device, an increase in friction of a seal lip () caused by the pressure of the oil (O) is prevented, and effective lubrication by the oil (O) is promoted. The sealing device has the sealing device body () having the seal lip () slidably in intimate contact with the outer peripheral surface of a rotating shaft (), an oil ejection opening () for ejecting the oil (O) toward a position on the outer peripheral side of the seal lip () of the sealing device body (), and oil splashing means () for splashing the oil (O), ejected from the ejection opening (), back to a portion near a sliding portion (S) of the seal lip ().
