A gas compressor is capable of adjusting a temperature of a heat recovery liquid discharged from a waste-heat-recovery heat exchanger to a desired temperature at a low cost without providing a temperature adjusting valve in a passage of the heat recovery liquid. The gas compressor includes a heat exchange liquid temperature sensor for detecting the temperature Twof a heat exchange liquid discharged from a waste-heat-recovery heat exchanger, and a passage that allows at least part of a high-temperature fluid cooled by an air-cooled cooler to flow therethrough into a compressor. Gas compressor

A gas compressor includes: a low pressure gas path that introduces compressed gas delivered from a low pressure stage compressor body into a high pressure stage compressor body; a first low pressure gas release valve disposed on a first low pressure branch path branched from the low pressure gas path; a high pressure gas path that introduces the compressed gas delivered from the high pressure stage compressor body to a demand destination; a first high pressure gas release valve disposed on a first high pressure branch path branched from the high pressure gas path; and a control device. The first low pressure branch path is disposed on a downstream side of a heat exchanger for low pressure stage exhaust heat recovery. The first high pressure branch path is disposed on a downstream side of a heat exchanger for high pressure stage exhaust heat recovery. The control device opens the first low pressure gas release valve and the first high pressure gas release valve at a time of switching from load operation to no-load operation.

A preheating heat exchanger allows heat exchange between cooling water on an outlet side of an auxiliary cooling heat exchanger and supply water that has passed through a preheating bypass path.

Heat recovery device

A system has a compressor for discharging compressed gas, an aftercooler for cooling the compressed gas, a first cooling liquid pathway for supplying a cooling liquid to the compressor and for cooling the cooling liquid by means of a cooling heat exchanger, and a second cooling liquid pathway for passing the cooling liquid through the aftercooler and for recovering waste heat from the cooling liquid by means of a heat recovery heat exchanger, in which the compressor system includes a first valve and a second valve disposed in a plurality of bypass pathways connecting the first cooling liquid pathway and the second cooling liquid pathway, a third valve and a fourth valve disposed in the first cooling liquid pathway, and a control unit, and in which the control unit performs first control to close the first valve and the second valve and open the third valve and the fourth valve.

Compressor system, and control method for same

In a water-supply line for performing water-supply to the rotors and the mechanical seal of a compressor, or in a condensed-water collection line for collecting condensed water of a dryer into the inlet port of the compressor, a water reservoir is provided at a position higher than the water-supply unit of the compressor. Moreover, there are provided a start-time water-supply line and a solenoid valve set up therein. Here, the start-time water-supply line establishes the connection between the lower portion of the water reservoir, and the inlet port of the compressor and the water-supply unit of the mechanical seal.

Water lubricated screw compressor

In a water injection air compressor including a compressor main body for compressing air, a water-feed line for feeding water to an actuation chamber in the compressor main body, an air release valve for releasing the compressed air from the compressor main body, and a control panel for executing an on-load operation mode in which water is fed into the actuation chamber and an air release valve is closed and a no-load operation mode in which the water is fed into the actuation chamber and the air release valve is opened, wherein the control panel further executes a dry operation mode in which the water is prevented from being fed into the actuation chamber and with the air release valve is opened.
