A vehicle-body structure improves mounting rigidity of a battery protection frame and rigidity of the battery protection frame itself by including a battery protection frame which has a hollow cross-section, a vehicle-body-side frame which extends along the battery protection frame and is coupled with the battery protection frame, and a fixation member which is inserted through a hole portion of the battery protection frame and is capable of fixing the battery protection frame to a vehicle body component as another component than the vehicle-body-side frame in an internal portion of the battery protection frame.

A vehicle-body structure comprises a dash panel, a pair of right-and-left front side frames, a pair of right-and-left side sills, a pair of right-and-left first longitudinal load-transmitting members respectively extending from respective vehicle-rear portions of the right-and-left front side frames to the right-and-left side sills along an upper face of the floor panel, and a pair of right-and-left second longitudinal load-transmitting members respectively extending from the respective vehicle-rear portions of the right-and-left front side frames toward a vehicle-front portion of the battery case along a lower face of the floor panel.

A floor panel comprises a first floor portion and a second floor portion which is located at a higher level than the first floor portion. In a vehicle-body structure, a connecting member which extends from a battery case to a second floor portion and connects the battery case and the second floor portion is provided.

A vehicle-body structure of an electric automotive vehicle comprises floor-side cross members attached to a floor panel and extending in a vehicle width direction along the floor panel and battery-side cross members provided at a battery case and extending in the vehicle width direction. The floor-side cross members and the battery-side cross members are offset from each other in a vehicle longitudinal direction in a vehicle side view.

A bulge portion bulging rearward is provided at a dash panel. A reinforcement is fixed to an inner surface of the bulge portion. A rear end wall portion of the bulge portion is positioned at the rear of a center portion of a rear end portion of a cowl panel in a vehicle width direction.

A vehicle structure includes side sills, pillars, a first battery arrangement portion provided inside the vicinity of the pillars in a vehicle width direction below a floor panel, and a second battery arrangement portion provided at a center portion in the vehicle width direction below the floor panel in a region inside an outer portion of the first battery arrangement portion in the vehicle width direction.

A vehicle body structure includes a front floor panel provided on a vehicle front side and a rear floor panel provided at the rear of the front floor panel. The front floor panel is positioned higher than the rear floor panel. A first battery arrangement portion is provided long in a vehicle front-rear direction at a center portion of the front floor panel in the vehicle width direction. A second battery arrangement portion is provided outside the first battery arrangement portion in a vehicle width direction below the front floor panel. An upper portion of the first battery arrangement portion is positioned higher than an upper portion of the second battery arrangement portion.

A vehicle body structure includes a front floor panel and a rear floor panel provided at the rear of the front floor panel. The front floor panel is positioned higher than the rear floor panel. A front battery that supplies electric power to the traction motor is arranged below the front floor panel.

A side load-transmitting member extending in a vehicle longitudinal direction and transmitting a load applied to a vehicle-inward side from a vehicle-outward side toward the vehicle-inward side is provided inside a side sill. A lower portion of the side sill is provided to overlap a battery case in a vehicle side view. The side load-transmitting member comprises a first vertical wall portion provided to overlap a floor-side cross member in the vehicle side view and a second vertical wall portion provided to overlap the battery case in the vehicle side view.

The vehicle body structure includes a front floor panel, a rear floor panel positioned lower than the front floor panel, and a connection panel extending from a rear portion of the front floor panel to a front portion of the rear floor panel and inclined or curved so as to be positioned downward toward a rear side. At least the front portion of the connection panel is positioned at the front of the front portion of the front seat.

A vehicle body structure includes: a front lateral ring-shaped vehicle body framework (FWC) having a substantially ring shape in a vehicle lateral direction, disposed near suspension towers (), and constituted by front subframes (), suspension tower reinforcing members (), and a cowl box (); and longitudinal ring-shaped vehicle body frameworks (SLC) disposed along side door openings (Es). The vehicle body structure includes: cowl side frames () coupling upper ends of hinge pillars () constituting the longitudinal ring-shaped vehicle body frameworks (SLC) to the suspension towers () in a vehicle longitudinal direction; and side part panels () connected to the cowl box () and coupled to the suspension towers ().

There are provided a front side frame having a closed cross section extending in a vehicle longitudinal direction and including a mount-bracket attachment part for attaching a PT mount bracket provided at a PT mount for supporting a powertrain and a crash can attached to a front end of the front side frame. The front side frame includes a compressive-deformation part which is configured to be compressively deformed in a vehicle frontal collision and extend rearward from the front end, having substantially the same sectional shape as the crash can. A gusset member for preventing shearing deformation of the closed cross section of the front side frame is provided at a portion of the front side frame between the mount-bracket attachment part and the compressive-deformation part.

A front structure of a motor vehicle includes a pair of left and right front side frames, a pair of left and right apron reinforcements, and reinforcing members extending in a vertical direction to couple the left front side frame to the left apron reinforcement, and the right front side frame to the right apron reinforcement. Each reinforcing member is provided on a surface, facing outside in a width direction of the motor vehicle, of a peripheral wall of a suspension tower, and forms a closed cross section with a portion of the peripheral wall.
