According to one embodiment, a motor control device includes a sensor, a detection circuit, and a controller. The sensor is at a position between a winding of a first phase and a winding of a second phase in a motor. The motor includes windings of three phases. The detection circuit detects when a magnitude relationship between an induced voltage amplitude of the first phase and an induced voltage amplitude of the second phase is switched. The controller performs based on a sensor signal from the sensor and a detection result sensor from the detection circuit.

Motor control device and motor driver circuit

According to one embodiment, there is provided a motor control device including an acquisition unit, an AD conversion unit, a calculation unit and a drive control unit. The acquisition unit acquires an analog signal indicating a rotational position of a motor. The AD conversion unit AD-converts the analog signal to generate a digital value. The calculation unit estimates a slope of a waveform of the analog signal by using a plurality of the digital values and obtains an intersection timing at which a straight line corresponding to the estimated slope intersects with a threshold. The drive control unit controls driving of the motor according to a rotation cycle obtained from a plurality of the intersection timings.

Motor control device

The characteristic is defined by a characteristic line that connects a lowest point at which the duty of the PWM signal is a minimum value and the rotation command signal is a minimum rotation command signal, and a highest point at which the duty of the PWM signal is a maximum value and the rotation command signal is a maximum rotation command signal. The duty calculating circuit updates the characteristic so that the characteristic line passes through a first control point at which the duty of the PWM signal is a value set based on the first setting signal and the rotation command signal is a first rotation command signal between the minimum rotation command signal and the maximum rotation command signal.

Motor driving circuit and motor driving system

According to an embodiment, a lead angle control circuit is configured to control a lead angle of a motor drive signal driving a motor. The lead angle control circuit includes a control signal generating section, an upper limit voltage limit section and a lead angle data generating section. The lead angle data generating section is configured to generate a relationship line between lead angle data representing the lead angle and a lead angle control signal, and configured to generate the lead angle data based on the relationship line and the lead angle control signal. The relationship line reaches an upper limit point from a lower limit point through a changing point. In the changing point, the lead angle control signal is a changing point voltage, and the lead angle data represents the lead angle corresponding to a lead angle setting voltage.

A microcomputer which obtains a rotor position signal from a biphase signal delivered by a resolver mounted on an electric motor according to a rotation phase of a rotor relative to a stator, thereby controlling the motor based on the rotor position signal. The microcomputer includes a digital signal converter which is configured by hardware and converts the biphase signal delivered from the resolver into a digital data position signal, the digital signal converter being mounted on a single chip.
