There is provided a push button device with which a support plate can be disposed close to a display screen without providing the support plate with a latching mechanism, and which can be easily attached and detached. The invention comprises a push button device that is inserted into the opening of a transparent plate from the front side, and an annular lock plate that is disposed on the back side of the transparent plate and is fitted to the outer peripheral portion of the bottom part of the push button device from the back side. A snap-fit structure that is fixed to the outer peripheral portion of the bottom part by rotating the lock plate is provided to the outer peripheral portion of the bottom part of the push button device and to the inner peripheral portion of the lock plate. The lock plate is configured to have a larger diameter than the opening in the transparent plate, and such that the surface on the support plate side hits the support plate in a state of being fixed to the outer peripheral portion of the bottom part.

A support plate can be disposed close to a display screen without having to provide a latching mechanism to the support plate, a push button device can be easily attached and detached, and the fixing of the push button device can be carried out simultaneously with the locking of the flexible wiring. There are provided a push button device that is inserted into an opening in a transparent platefrom the front side, and an annular lock plate that is disposed on the back side of the transparent plate and is fitted to the outer peripheral portion of the bottom part of the push button device from the back side. The outer peripheral portion of the bottom part of the push button device and the inner peripheral portion of the lock plate have snap-fit structures that are fixed to the outer peripheral portion of the bottom part by rotating the lock plate. The lock plate is configured to have a diameter larger than that of the opening and so as to abut the transparent plate in a fixed state, and furthermore, a reinforcing portion of the flexible wiring is sandwiched and pressed by the end surfaces on the flange portion side of a connection opening.

A right side portion, which is a light emitting device, comprises a side light guide plate and a front light guide plate as a plurality of light guide plates in which light is reflected by a prism and emitted from a light emitting surface. The side light guide plate and the front light guide plate are disposed in a row in a state in which the angles of the light emitting surfaces differ between adjacent light guide plates and the ends of adjacent light guide plates are butted against each other. An LED board is disposed at the end of the side light guide plate, and the end surface of one of the ends of the side light guide plate and the front light guide plate that are abutted against each other is formed as an inclined surface with a reflection function that changes the angle at which the light is guided and causes the light to be incident on the adjacent light guide plate.

The light projecting unit may comprise an LED in an amount of one piece among the front light guide plate and the rear light guide plate; and a moving mechanism configured to cause the light guide plate unit to reciprocate in the depth direction to cause a light incident surface of either one of the front light guide plate and the rear light guide plate to be opposed to the light projecting unit.
