In a pump device, a pump chamber is formed by welding a first flange portion of a first housing sealing a stator and a second flange portion of a second housing put on the first housing from one side in an axial direction. Since the second housing is provided with first reinforcement ribs each connecting the second flange portion and a side wall portion, the second flange portion is less likely to be deformed even when a pressurizing force in the axial direction is applied to the second flange portion during welding. As a result, it is possible to prevent a first welding portion provided on the first flange portion and a second welding portion provided on the second flange portion from being welded in a state of being unable to sufficiently contact each other, and thus there is little possibility that defective welding occurs.

Pump device and method of manufacturing the same

A fixing structure of a circuit board includes a circuit board, a board fixing member, and a fixing screw for fixing the circuit board to the board fixing member. The circuit board is formed with a cut-out part in a 'U'-shape recessed from its outer peripheral face, the board fixing member is formed with a protruding part. The protruding part is formed with a flat board contact face with which the circuit board is contacted, a screw hole with which the fixing screw is engaged, and a positioning protruded part engaged with the cut-out part for positioning the circuit board. The screw hole is recessed from the board contact face, the positioning protruded part protrudes from the board contact face, and the positioning protruded part is disposed on an opening side of the cut-out part with respect to the screw hole.

Fixing structure of circuit board and pump device

In a motor, a wire terminal, to which an end at an end of winding of a wire is connected, is held by an insulator that is held by a stator core. The wire terminal comprises: a substrate connection section; plural legs held by a split insulator; a plate section, a thickness direction of which faces a radial direction, between the legs and the substrate connection section; and a wire connection section, a portion of which projected from the plate section is bent to hold the wire on an inner side. An elastic section is a meandering section meandering to turn back in a circumferential direction between the plate section and the substrate connection section, and extends from an end on another side in the circumferential direction of the plate section toward the substrate connection section.

Motor and pump system

In this pump apparatus, each of plural gate marks formed in a second blade member is formed at an intermediate position in a circumferential direction of a rotor between two blades that are adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction of the rotor, and the even number of blades are disposed between the gate marks in the circumferential direction of the rotor. The plural gate marks are disposed on an outer side, in the radial direction of the rotor, of an outer circumferential surface of a portion, which is connected to the second blade member, in a magnet holding member formed in a tubular shape.

Pump apparatus

An impeller of a pump device includes a vane wheel fixed to a flange portion of a rotor member. The vane wheel includes a plurality of vane portions protruding from a disc portion opposed to the flange portion in an axial direction. At a tip end of each vane portion, a rib that is inserted into a fixing groove provided in the flange portion is provided. A gap in the axial direction is provided between a tip end of an inner peripheral portion including an end portion on an inner side in a radial direction of the rib and a bottom surface of the fixing groove, and a welded portion welded to the fixing groove is provided at a tip end on another side in the axial direction of an outer peripheral portion including an end portion on an outer side in the radial direction of the rib.

Pump device

A pump device includes a motor and an impeller which is disposed in a pump chamber provided on one side in a rotation center axial line with respect to the motor and is connected with a rotor of the motor. The rotor is made of resin and includes a seat part which supports an end part on one side of a drive magnet and a cylindrical tube part which is extended from the seat part along the rotation center axial line and is fitted to an inner side of the drive magnet. An outer peripheral face of the cylindrical tube part is provided with a rib extended along the rotation center axial line at a plurality of positions in a circumferential direction, and the drive magnet is press-fitted to the cylindrical tube part so as to contact with the rib from an outer side in a radial direction.

A drive device with an abnormality detection mechanism may include a drive source; a drive member to which power of the drive source is transmitted; a driven member operably coupled to the drive member; and a detector structured to output a signal in response to the driven member being turned in the second direction around the second axial line. The driven member may be structured such that, in response to the drive member being turned in a first direction around a first axial line, the driven member is turned in a first direction around a second axial line; and, in response to transmission of the power from the drive member being disconnected, the driven member is turned in a second direction around the second axial line.

Drive device with abnormality detection mechanism and damper device

A rotation transmission mechanism may include a plurality of rotation transmission members having a drive wheel and a driven wheel, and an urging member which urges the driven wheel in a reverse direction to a rotational direction by power of the drive source. The drive wheel and the driven wheel are provided with engagement parts structured to transmit turning of the drive wheel to the driven wheel, the drive wheel is provided with a cam face forming part on which the engagement part of the driven wheel is slid at a rotational position where the engagement parts are not engaged with each other, and a brake member structured to generate a rotation load is disposed in a range on an upstream side of a power transmission path including the drive wheel with respect to the driven wheel in the power transmission path transmitting the power of the drive source.

Rotation transmission mechanism and damper device

A damper device may include a frame structured of a tube part and an opening part formed on an inner side of the tube part, a baffle which is disposed on the inner side of the tube part and is supported by the frame in a state that the baffle is capable of being turned with a first edge as a turning center, and a baffle drive mechanism structured to turn the baffle between a closing position where the opening part is closed and an open position where the opening part is opened. The baffle is formed with a cut-out part at least one position of an edge except the first edge.

Damper device

Provided is a valve drive device including a power transmission switching unit capable of reducing noise and improving positional accuracy to perform smooth power switching. In the valve drive device, a valve element drive mechanism includes a motor, a driving gear, a driven gear, and a power transmission switching unit configured to switch between a power transmission state and a power non-transmission state. The power transmission switching unit includes at least one convex unit formed on the driven gear, a rotation restriction unit that is pivotably mounted on the driven gear with respect to the driven gear and engageable with the at least one convex unit, and a lever pivoting restriction unit formed on the driven gear and configured to restrict the rotation restriction unit from pivoting. The rotation restriction unit includes a pivot shaft and a lever unit.

Valve drive device

A switch mechanism may include a lever holding part which is provided in a case, a turnable lever provided with a shaft part turnably supported by the lever holding part and a first arm part and a second arm part protruded from the shaft part, an urging member structured to urge the turnable lever, and a switch whose state is switched by displacement of the turnable lever. The turnable lever is attached to the lever holding part in a state that the urging member is engaged between the first arm part and the second arm part, and the urging member is movable between an engaging position, where the urging member is engaged between the first arm part and the second arm part, and an engaging release position, where the urging member is engaged with the second arm part and is disengaged from the first arm part.

Switch mechanism, geared motor and damper device

A rotation transmission mechanism may include a drive wheel structured to rotate to one side, a driven wheel turned by the drive wheel to one side, and an urging member urging the driven wheel to turn to the other side. The drive wheel may include a drive teeth forming part where drive teeth structured to turn the driven wheel to the one side are provided at positions different from each other in an axial line direction, and a cam face forming part on which the driven wheel is slid. The driven wheel is provided with a driven teeth forming part where driven teeth provided at positions different from each other in an axial line direction are disposed over an angular range so that, when the drive wheel is turned to the one side, the drive teeth are sequentially abutted with the driven teeth.

A motor having a dynamic pressure bearing apparatus includes a fixed bearing member mounted to a motor frame, a rotating shaft member rotatably inserted with respect to the fixed bearing member and a lubricating fluid injected into a gap portion between the fixed bearing member and the rotating shaft member. The rotating shaft member is supported by a dynamic-pressure caused by the lubricating fluid. In addition, the motor frame is provided with a generally cylindrical bearing hold member that holds and fixes a bearing member. The bearing hold member includes a bearing contacting portion which abuts against the fixed bearing member or one part of the assembly including the fixed bearing member in an axial direction for positioning the fixed bearing member in a normal position in an axial direction.
