A refrigerant-transporting hose includes a tubular inner layerin contact with a fluorine refrigerant, an intermediate layerformed on an outer periphery surface thereof, and at least one rubber layerandformed on a further outer periphery thereof, and the inner layeris made of a inner layer material including maleic anhydride-modified polypropylene as a main component and the intermediate layeris made of a intermediate layer material including polyamide resin as a main component.

Refrigerant-transporting hose

An automotive fuel hose is disclosed including an inner layer, an intermediate layer and an outer layer provided in this order on an outer peripheral surface of an innermost layer of a fluororesin. The inner layer and the outer layer each include of an amine-modified polyamide resin, where the intermediate layer is a resin composition including the following components: (A) a polyphenylenesulfide resin as a major component; (B) an acid-modified polyolefin resin; (C) an unmodified polyolefin resin; and (D) an epoxy resin. The proportion of the component (B) in the resin composition is 4 to 12 wt % and the proportion of the component (C) in the resin composition is 4 to 12 wt %, wherein the proportion of the component (D) in the resin composition is 1.5 to 5 wt %.

Automotive fuel hose

An antivibration rubber composition containing diene rubber (Component A) and silica (Component B). The amount of the Component B contained is set to a range from 10 to 100 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the Component A. The Component B has the following properties, i.e., a surface silanol-group density of not less than 3.0 groups/nmas determined by the Sears titration method, an average particle size of not more than 10 &#x3bc;m, and a BET specific surface area of 15 to 60 m/g.

A rubber part having an aluminum-based metal component including the metal component, a chemical film A formed on an outer peripheral surface of the metal component which is transformable following a squeezing of the metal component, an adhesive layer B formed on an outer peripheral surface of the chemical film A, and the rubber part formed on an outer peripheral surface of the adhesive layer B. The chemical film A includes zinc fluoride, molybdenum and aluminum fluoride, in which zinc of the zinc fluoride, the molybdenum and aluminum of the aluminum fluoride are present in a content ratio of zinc/molybdenum/aluminum=4.0 to 5.5/3.0 to 5.0/0.5 to 1.5 on a mass basis.

A rubber part having a metal fitting in which the metal fitting and the rubber part are integrated through an anti-corrosion chemical film formed on a surface of the metal fitting. The anti-corrosion chemical film is a zirconium-based chemical film that is harmless to human body and environment, and is transformable following the squeeze of the metal fitting. The rubber part having a metal fitting is produced by the steps of: degreasing an outer peripheral surface of the metal fitting, subjecting the surface to shot blasting treatment, degreasing the treated surface, and water washing the treated surface; forming a zirconium-based chemical film on the treated surface; water washing and drying an outer peripheral surface of the zirconium-based chemical film; forming an adhesive layer on the outer peripheral surface of the zirconium-based chemical film; and integrating the rubber part on the outer peripheral surface of the adhesive layer.

Rubber part having a metal fitting and method of producing the same

A process of producing a vibration damping rubber member, wherein a rubber material A which enables the vibration damping rubber member to have a low degree of dynamic spring stiffness, a rubber material B which enables the vibration damping rubber member to have a high vibration damping effect, and a vulcanizing agent capable of vulcanizing only an unvulcanized mass of the rubber material B are evenly mixed together and heated to vulcanize the rubber material B dispersed as the fine particles in the rubber material A. A vulcanizing agent capable of vulcanizing the rubber material A is added, and a thus obtained mixture is formed into a desired shape and heated to vulcanize the rubber material A so that the formed vibration damping rubber member has an island-sea structure in which fine particles of the vulcanized rubber material B are dispersed as a dispersed phase in a matrix phase of the vulcanized rubber material A.

A rubber product with a metallic structure formed from an aluminum material having a vulcanized rubber bonded thereto. The vulcanized rubber is formed from a composition in which a natural rubber and an acrylic rubber are mixed in a proportion of 90/10-60/40 by weight. The vulcanized rubber has an island-sea structure in which fine particles of said acrylic rubber having a size of 0.1-100 &mgr;m are dispersed in a matrix phase of the natural rubber. A method of producing the rubber product with the metallic structure is also disclosed.

A vibration damping rubber member having excellent durability, wherein an improvement includes: the vibration damping rubber member being obtained by vulcanizing a composition in which an unvulcanized natural rubber material and an unvulcanized acrylic rubber material are evenly mixed together in a proportion of 90/10&tilde;60/40 by weight. A slidable vibration-isolating rubber member such as a stabilizer bushing or an eye bushing, interposed between two members such that the rubber member is slidable relative to at least one of the two members. The rubber member is formed from a rubber composition which comprises 100 parts by weight of a rubber material, and 2-20 parts by weight of a silicone oil.
