The caliper mounting hole has a caliper-mounting center axis. The caliper-mounting center axis extends along a reference plane perpendicular to the rotational axis. The frame coupling portion is configured to be coupled to a vehicle body of the human-powered vehicle. The frame coupling portion is at least partially provided radially outwardly of the caliper mounting portion relative to the rotational axis.
