A carbon compound manufacturing system includes: a recovery unit; a conversion unit; a synthesis unit; a first flow path to supply the supply gas to the recovery unit; a second flow path connecting the recovery and the conversion units; a third flow path connecting the conversion and the synthesis units; at least one of first to third detectors to respectively measure a flow rate of the supply gas flowing through the first flow path to generate a first data signal, a flow rate of the carbon dioxide flowing through the second flow path to generate a second data signal, and a value of voltage or current to the conversion unit to generate a third data signal; and an integration controller to collate at least one data of the first to third data signals with a corresponding plan data to generate at least one of first to third control signals.

A carbon dioxide recovery system includes an absorption tower in which carbon dioxide is absorbed into an absorbing solution then the absorbing solution is output to a regeneration tower in which carbon dioxide is released from the absorbing solution. The regeneration tower outputs the absorbing solution from which carbon dioxide has been released and an exhaust gas included released carbon dioxide and water vapor. In a condensing section the exhaust gas is separated into dioxide gas stream and a condensed water stream. In a mixing section the condensed water is mixed with an amine to a replenishment amine aqueous solution in which the amine is dissolved in the condensed water. In a replenishment section the absorbing solution is mixed with the replenishment amine aqueous solution.

A method of regenerating an absorbent includes preparing a reactor having a gas inlet portion and a discharge portion, filling the reactor with a reforming catalyst and an absorbent for absorbing carbon dioxide, feeding the feedstock gas and the steam via the gas inlet portion to the reactor to allow a steam reforming reaction to take place, allowing the absorbent to absorb carbon dioxide generated with hydrogen at the steam reforming reaction, and releasing the carbon dioxide from the absorbent after the carbon dioxide absorption capacity of the absorbent has been degraded. In this method, the temperature in an inside of the reactor is set to 625&#xb0; C. or more at the release of the carbon dioxide, and an inert gas is fed via the discharge portion to the reactor.

Method of regenerating absorbent

The present invention provides a method of treating fats and oils containing low concentrations of aromatic halogen compounds and other contaminants by contacting the fats or oils with an adsorbing agent. The adsorbing agent contains a porous body and a non-protonic polar solvent held in the interiors of fine pores in the porous body to adsorb the contaminants. In one embodiment, the porous body also carries noble metal fine particles. In another embodiment, the adsorbing body comprises a solid acid for adsorbing the contaminants and there is a step of contacting the adsorbing body with an organic solvent to extract the adsorbed contaminants into the organic solvent.
