In an elevator controlling apparatus, a first suspension member and a second suspension member are fixed to a guide rail at a vertical interval. A control panel can be suspended from either a first or second suspension member. Thus, the control panel can be moved between a operation position at a first height from a bottom portion of a hoistway and a maintenance position lower than a operation position. A junction box is fixed on a hoistway wall. The junction box and the control panel are connected to each other through flexible cables.

Control device for elevator

An apparatus for controlling a car of a hydraulic elevator by variable-speed-driving an electric motor directly coupled to a hydraulic pump so as to adjust the rate at which oil is supplied from the hydraulic pump to a hydraulic jack system, the apparatus having a speed controller for variable-speed-driving the electric motor, a first detector for detecting the speed of the car, a second detector for detecting the rotational speed of the electric motor, a third detector for detecting a pressure in the hydraulic jack system, a feedback circuit for returning a control signal for limiting vibration of the car as a feedback signal to the speed controller. The feedback circuit forms the control signal from a differential signal representing the difference between a car speed value converted from the rotational speed of the electric motor detected by the second detector and the car speed detected by the first detector and a pressure signal representing the pressure detected by the third detector.

Apparatus for controlling a hydraulic elevator

A linear induction motor for an elevator which includes a secondary, stationary element having a body formed with a plurality of iron-core mounting holes arranged longitudinally of the body at a certain interval, and iron cores disposed in the holes. The stationary, secondary element allows magnetic flux flowing therethrough to pass through the iron cores, thereby reducing the dimension of the total magnetic gap in the motor. Furthermore, the combination of the iron cores in which eddy currents flow with difficulty and the body along which eddy currents tend to flow makes it possible to reduce the ineffective eddy currents.
