In a fuel injection valve, it is intended to enhance valve-closing responsivity while maintaining durability (anti wear property) of a collision portion between a stationary core and a movable core and valve-opening responsivity. An annular end faceA of the movable corein the fuel injection valve is provided with a collision portionC that collides to a stationary corewhen the movable core is magnetically attracted toward the stationary core side and a non-collision portion that keeps a fluid gap between both cores at an area of an outer side or an inner side from the collision portion. The annular end faces of the stationary core and the movable core are coated with platingshaving anti wear property, and at least one of the platings of the stationary core and the movable core is formed in such a manner that the thickness thereof at the collision portionC is to be thicker and the thickness thereof at the non-collision portion is to be thinner.

Fuel injection valve for internal combustion engine

In a fuel injection valve used for an internal combustion engine, a valve closing lag time due to fluid resistance in a fuel path is shortened to decrease a minimum injection limit. More specifically, in the fuel injection valve in which an anchor is attracted to an end face part of a stationary core having a fuel path formed at a center part thereof by means of electromagnetic force, and in which a fuel injection hole is opened and closed by controlling a valve disc driven in conjunction with the anchor, there are provided a fuel reservoir part at a center part of an upper end face part of the anchor, a through hole extending axially in a fashion that an end part thereof is open to the fuel reservoir part, and a fuel path extending radially outward from the fuel reservoir part so that fuel is fed to a magnetic attraction gap between an upper end face part of the anchor and a lower end face part of the stationary core. Further, an opening part of a through hole that is open to an upper end face part of the anchor is at least partially opposed to a fuel introduction bore formed in the stationary core, and on the opening part of the through hole, a fuel introduction part is provided for capturing fuel running radially outward from a center side part of the anchor and for guiding the fuel thus captured to the through hole.

Fuel injection valve

In relation to injectors used for internal-combustion engines, it is important to decrease valve closing delay time and also the minimum injection quantity, while these are affected by remanent magnetism in the fixed core, surface tension of the fuel, etc. With reference to a fuel injection valve with a pipe-shaped member to enclose a fixed core and a movable part and further with coils and yokes to cover up the above pipe-shaped member, the anchor to drive the movable member has a plurality of through holes for fuel passage extending in the axial direction, while these through holes are arranged at a certain intervals in the circumferential direction, and projections formed to constitute a contacting surface to touch the fixed core arranged randomly in between the through holes.

A cylinder-shaped flow passage in which a first fluid flows includes an internal cylinder which is smaller in diameter than the flow passage. A swirl-generating stator having four vanes is radially fixed in the internal cylinder. A header space for supplying a second fluid is provided to the outer circumference of a wall surface of the internal cylinder in contact with flow separation areas which are formed along downstream surfaces of the swirl-generating stator as the first fluid runs into the swirl-generating stator. The wall surface of the internal cylinder is formed with openings through which the flow separation areas communicate with the header space. The second fluid supplied into the header space flows through the openings into the flow separation areas, and is diffused along the vanes of the swirl-generating stator to be swirled and mixed into the first fluid applied with swirling force by the swirl-generating stator.

Fluid mixing apparatus

An electromagnetic fuel injection valve device for an internal combustion engine is configured to carry out an energization to an electromagnetic coil of an injection valve actuator for a valve opening motion and additionally carry out a mid-term energization at a time interval between both an energization for valve opening of a previous fuel injection and an energization for valve opening of a subsequent fuel injection. A current of the mid-term energization is smaller than a current of the energization for valve opening motion and has the same direction as a direction of the current of the energization for valve opening motion.

Electromagnetic fuel injection valve device

In order to reduce a steering torque during stoppage of a vehicle, according to the invention, opposite drive torques in normal and reverse directions are applied to a left rear wheel and a right rear wheel when a driver steers a steering wheel in a state where the vehicle stops, whereby a moment to turn the vehicle is generated, and an assist torque for steering the steering wheel is generated.

Power steering system

A fuel injection nozzle for directly injecting fuel into a cylinder of an internal combustion engine is inserted in a connecting pipe extending from a fuel rail and is fixed to the connecting pipe by fastening member. The fuel injection nozzle has a sealing part for sealing a fuel passage to prevent fuel leakage, and a contact part in contact with the fastening member. The contact part is softer than the fastening member, and the contact part undergoes plastic deformation when a bending moment that bends the axis of the fuel injection nozzle acts on the fuel injection nozzle.

Fuel injection nozzle and method of holding the same

A vehicle drive unit, for quickly recovering a grip even if a wheel slips, in which in a slip state or at a time when the slip state is going to be generated, by pulsating a torque applied to the wheel, an angular velocity W of the wheel is changed so as to change the slip ratio S close to a slip ratio at which a friction coefficient becomes maximum, and thus, an average of a friction coefficient &#x3bc; is enlarged and an average of a vehicle driving force F generated by a wheel is enlarged. Since the vehicle driving force is enlarged, the vehicle is accelerated and is easily gripped. Further, in a grip state or at a time of traveling at a high velocity, a vibration and an undesired sound are suppressed by doing away with the torque pulsation or making the fluctuation band of the torque pulsation small.

Electromagnetic actuator, fuel injection valve, method of controlling fuel injection valve, and method of driving the same

A vehicle drive train and drive train system is provided to simplify wire harness including power cables and reduce power loss in an engine-motor hybrid vehicle drive train system. The drive train and system includes some wheels driven by an engine, and other wheels driven by a motorized machine. When the running load is large, for example, starting a vehicle or running on a climbing lane, the motorized machine is activated for driving wheels in order to assist the engine. When no motor assistances is needed (for example, in low to medium load running or deceleration), the motorized machine functions as a generator to convert mechanical energy from the wheels into electric energy. The motorized machine, inverter, capacitor device and controller are integrated into a unit and the unit is attached to a differential gear.

Vehicle drive train unit and vehicle drive train system

The invention is intended to simplify a default mechanism of a throttle valve opening and closing device for the purpose of improving mountability of the device to a vehicle. When a motor generate no driving forces, a throttle valve is held in a position () by a return spring. In this position, gaps are formed between the throttle valve and a wall surface of an intake passage. Spherical recesses are formed in parts of the wall surface of the intake passage. In a position () where the throttle valve is opposed to the spherical recesses, the gaps are minimized in an operating range of the throttle valve.

Throttle valve opening and closing device

A control device controls a hybrid-four-wheel-driven vehicle wherein one of the front-wheel pair and the rear-wheel pair is an engine-driven-wheel pair which is driven by an engine, and the other pair is an electric-motor-driven-wheel pair which is driven by an electric motor. In the event of slipping of the engine-driven wheels, the system increases the engine output so as to increase the driving force of the electric-motor-driven wheels for increasing the total driving force mad up of the engine-driven-wheel driving force and the electric-motor-driven-wheel driving force, thereby improving acceleration performance, unlike conventional techniques. This provides a control device for suppressing deterioration in acceleration performance of the vehicle in a case of slipping of engine-driven wheels during acceleration.
