An object is to provide a small-sized track roller bearing with stud in which the lubrication feed can be performed after the bearing has been incorporated in a device or the like. In the end surface of a stud 1, a hexagon socket 1r to which a fastening tool can be engaged, is formed, and the hexagon socket 1r and a supply hole 1g of a lubricating passage are connected to each other, and in the hexagon socket 1r, an lubrication plug with an empty hole portion into which a pointed tip of a lubricating device such as an injector can be inserted so as to feed lubrication, is installed.

A rolling guide unit is disclosed of the curved movement type that together with achieving increased load capacity and rigidity, improved vibration damping characteristics, low noise levels, smooth operation and an extended service life, also demonstrates adequate functions particularly with respect to generated centrifugal force. The above-mentioned effects are obtained by employing a cross roller system in particular.

A linear motion rolling guide unit is described that together with allowing fixing of the moving side in an apparatus and so forth on which it is to be equipped to be achieved easily when attempting to do so, also contributes to simplification of the structure of said apparatus and so forth. In addition, the above-mentioned advantages are achieved at low cost by the filling of a filling member and the setting of the angle at which said split surfaces cross said V-shaped groove.

Cross roller bearing

A rolling guide unit in which the cross-section of a track rail is U-shaped wherein grinding processing of a track provided on the inside surface is facilitated. In addition, the thickness of the overall unit can be decreased by employing a self-traveling unit in which a motor is installed on a slider of a rolling guide unit. Grinding is facilitated by a split rail along one of the side walls of a track rail, and grinding can be performed with the split rail removed. In addition, since the entire outside surface of the side wall of the track rail can be used as a track for a rolling member, even if the track rail is flat, it is able to sufficiently transfer driving force, thereby allowing the thickness of the entire unit to be decreased.

A linear motion rolling guide unit equipped with a long slider composed of a coupling of a plurality of casings obtains an increase in the rated load while setting the total length of the slider to a suitable length to match the machine tool in which it is to be incorporated, while also maintaining a smooth sliding state at all times even if the casings shift out of position. These advantages are obtained by juxtapositioning a spacer between each casing, and making rolling element guide track grooves provided in said spacer larger than load bearing track grooves formed in each casing to allow the rolling element guide track grooves to act as reliefs for rolling elements.

A linear motion rolling guide unit in which rolling elements of one side are in four-point contact with raceway surfaces of one of two raceways formed by raceway grooves in a rail and grooves in a casing and rolling elements of the other side are in two-point contact with raceway surfaces of the other raceways. Depending on the direction in which load is applied to the slider, the number of raceway surfaces the rolling elements contact is changed to allow machining errors of the raceway grooves and to give room of the machining accuracy so that even when the casing is applied with an uneven load the slider can slide smoothly on the track rail.

A ball screw driven linear motion rolling contact guide unit includes a rail having a generally U-shaped cross section and a ball screw shaft and a slider received in the rail and operatively coupled to the ball screw shaft. A plurality of rolling members are interposed between the slider and the rail. The rail has a bottom wall formed with a trench in which a quantity of damping oil is reserved. The slider is provided with a projection which projects into the trench to thereby define a squeeze film damper mechanism. The slider is also provided with an endless circulating path, including a load path section, a return path section and a pair of curved connecting path sections, each connecting the corresponding ends of the load and return path sections, whereby the return path section is located lower in level than the load path section.

A machine for testing a centrifugal load of a bearing including an outer race member, comprising a supporting frame including a sun ring, and a rotational main shaft. Said rotational main shaft includes mounting portions for mounting the bearing to be tested. Said mounting portions includes a mounting shaft for mounting the bearing to be tested and a supporting bracket for supporting said mounting shaft. Said mounting shaft is arranged in said supporting bracket in parallel with the rotational main shaft in such a manner that a part of an outer peripheral surface of said outer race member is projected radially outwardly from said supporting bracket. An inner peripheral surface of said sun ring is used as a track to be rolled with the outer race members of said respective bearings to be tested. The bearings are rotated around the the rotational shaft and around their own axes along the inner peripheral surface of the sun ring.

Machine for testing centrifugal load of bearing

A machine for testing a centrifugal load of a bearing including an outer race member, comprising a supporting frame including a sun ring, and a rotational main shaft. The rotational main shaft includes mounting portions for mounting the bearing to be tested. The mounting portions includes a mounting shaft for mounting the bearing to be tested and a supporting bracket for supporting the mounting shaft. The mounting shaft is arranged in the supporting bracket in parallel with the rotational main shaft in such a manner that a part of an outer peripheral surface of the outer race member is projected radially outwardly from the supporting bracket. The mounting shaft is journaled to a supporting bracket with a displacing margin in a radially outward direction to the rotational main shaft. An inner peripheral surface of the sun ring is used as a track to be rolled with the outer race members of the respective bearings to be tested. The bearings are rotated around the rotational shaft and around their own axes along the inner peripheral surface of the sun ring.

The low friction roller provided by the present invention is featured by the construction, wherein an end plate made of organic or inorganic low friction material is fitted onto each of the opposing end faces of a cylindrical roller body with the use of chemical or mechanical bonding method, thus in operation, the low friction roller member moves along and through a raceway track provided in a roller bearing with minimum friction being generated with not only the track surface but also the contacting surface of roller retainer members provided therefor, so that low friction and smooth circulation of a plurality of roller members in the bearing can be ensured for a prolonged period of time.
