An image information management system includes: a storage medium on which peculiar information is stored; a reading device which reads the peculiar information stored on the storage medium; an image imaging device which shoots a video of a vicinity of a place at which the reading device is provided when the peculiar information stored on the storage medium is read by the reading device; and a processing device which associates, with the peculiar information, image information shot with using the imaging device in a constant time including a time point at which the reading device reads the peculiar information, and registers them in a storage unit. The image information management system reads the peculiar information stored on the storage medium, and associates the peculiar information with the picture information to store them in the storage unit. Then, based on the peculiar information, the image information management system chooses the picture information associated with the peculiar information and stored on the storage unit, and displays it on a display.

Image information management system and method thereof, and image information search system

An image information management system includes: a reading device which reads unique information from a storage medium in which the unique information is stored; an imaging device which automatically starts shooting a video at a time of detecting a change of a picture image in an image area; and a processing device which includes a database which receives the unique information read by the reading device and the image information shot by the imaging device and associates the unique information and the image information to store the unique information and the image information. The processing device includes a control unit which associates the unique information and the image information to store the unique information and the image information in the database in a case of receiving the unique information and the image information, and which associates the image information and identification information indicating that no unique information is received to store the image information and the identification information in the database in a case of receiving only the image information from the imaging device and no unique information from the reading device.

Image information management system

A management system manages use of management object provided in facilities by using an information storage medium of a user. An entrance management apparatus, provided in the vicinity of an entrance of the facilities, stores use permission information for permitting the use of the management object on an information storage medium when the user enters the facilities. In the facilities, a use management apparatus, provided for each management object, controls availability or unavailability of the management object based on the use permission information stored on the information storage medium. Additionally, the use management apparatus stores, in the information storage medium, use information showing that the management object is used. Further, a room leaving management apparatus, provided in the vicinity of an exit of the facilities, manages leaving of the user based on the use information stored on the information storage medium. When the user leaves the facilities, it is controlled whether or not the user can leave the facilities, and use history information is stored, based on the use information.

Management system

There are provided an output information management system and a method therefor that prevent an output device, which outputs information onto media from being used by an unauthorized third party and allow efficient investigation of an unauthorized activity by an authorized user. A server which constitutes the output information management system stores ID information stored on an IC card for a user and information to be outputted by the output device in an output information database in association with each other. Thus, in case that an unauthorized output is performed, specific evidence as to who outputted what information on the output device is preserved. Therefore, an unauthorized output can be deterred and, if by any chance an unauthorized activity is committed, the activity can be efficiently identified.

The subject plate comprises a transparent solid block,and a hologram-recording subject S contained therein. A photosensitive material film,is applied directly onto one surface of the subject plate, and the subject plate is then irradiated with laser light,through the photosensitive material film,Such simple operation enables a multiplicity of identical holograms to be recorded in an easy, stable yet continuous manner.
