A corrugated tube assembly including a corrugated tube provided with a path-maintaining member. The corrugated tube has annular convex portions and annular concave portions alternately formed along a longitudinal direction. The path-maintaining member is a long member die-molded to maintain a shape at least a portion of which is bent in the longitudinal direction, and that is attached to the corrugated tube along the longitudinal direction thereof.

A ground connection body () includes a first ground terminal (), a second ground terminal () and a third ground terminal (). The first ground terminal () includes a wire-side terminal portion () to be mounted on an end of a ground wire (E) and a ground-side terminal portion () with a first bolt connection hole () connectable to a first bolt (G) and a second bolt connection hole () connectable to a second bolt (G). A second wire-side terminal portion () of the second ground terminal () is oblique to the first wire-side terminal portion () so that a second ground wire (E) extends toward the first ground wire (E). A third wire-side terminal portion () of the third ground terminal () is oblique to the first wire-side terminal portion () so that a third ground wire (E) extends toward the first ground wire (E).

Ground connection body

A wiring system is provided where at least one device connector and at least one device connector are interconnected. The wiring system has at least one main harness with at least one group of wires aligned in a substantially parallel direction, and at least one sub harness with at least one group of wires forming at least one wire crossover. A coupling structure is further provided to couple the main and sub harnesses together to form a complete wiring harness that extends between the first and second device connectors. The wire crossover is provided only in the sub harness, so that the main harness is free of any wire crossovers.

Splice absorbing structure for motor vehicle

An electrical connector box includes a connector box case configured to guide a wire along a side of the case, a relay terminal having pinch blades on one end thereof, the pinch blades having a slot therebetween and configured to hold the wire in the slot. The connector box also includes one of a female and male connector on the other end of the relay terminal, the one of a female and male connector configured to connect to a terminal of at least a relay, a fuse and a connector. The slot is configured to be welded closed, or the pinch blades are configured to weldingly secure the wire thereto.

Electrical connector box

A clamp has an annular strap section enclosing an interior space and defining an opening between opposite ends of the strap section. A pair of insertion engagement sections are at opposite ends of the strap section. The insertion engagement sections stand outwardly and oppose each other at opposite ends of the opening. Each insertion engagement section includes an axle plate portion projecting from an end of the opening. A wing portion is bent down from a distal end of the axle plate portion. A stepped latching portion is formed on a distal end of the wing portion. A dimension of the opening is set to be narrower than a diameter of a wire harness to be contained in the interior space. The clamp contains the wire harness in the interior space while the annular strap section is elastically bent outwardly to widen the opening. After receiving the wire harness in the interior space, the annular strap section returns to its original position by elastic recovery to narrow the opening, thereby holding the wire harness in the interior space. The pair of insertion engagement sections are inserted into a through-hole in the car body panel. After inserting the sections into the through-hole, the stepped latching portions engage a periphery of the through-hole to lock the wire harness on a car body.

Clamp

A wire harness has a trunk line, a branch line and a wire tie member. The trunk line includes a bundle of wires. The branch line branches from the trunk line at a branch portion, and has at least one wire. The wire tie member has a tie strap and a buckle. A non-tying portion of the tie strap passes through and extends beyond the buckle. A tying portion of the tie strap encircles and holds the bundle of wires of the trunk line adjacent the branch portion. The branch line is disposed along and is tightly secured to the non-tying portion of the strap. The non-tying portion supports the branch line in a predetermined routing orientation.

Connector terminals are provided to enable connection of electrical cables and connector terminals automatically to prevent the connector terminals from being inserted into sub-harnesses in later stages, and to make circuit modification easier. The connector terminals include respectively a male terminal portion at one end and a female terminal portion at the other end. The respective connector terminals further include a cable-fit portion. The connector terminals are contained in a junction case with top and bottom openings. Electrical cables are then wired in the junction case and fitted into the connector terminals. When several such junction cases are superposed, the male terminal portions fit into the female terminal portions through the openings, and the electrical cables separately wired in different junction cases are connected to one another.

In a harness structure of engine relative parts, a unit for controlling the engine is installed in an air cleaner located around the engine, and at the same time, circuits are disposed in a casing body of the air cleaner for electrically connecting between the control unit and electrical equipment.

The circuitry contained in an electrical connector housing is standardized, so that its manufacturing, modification and addition can be simplified. To this end, a circuitry is designed so as to include a plurality of unit circuits, both ends of which are to be connected to an electrical part such as a relay, fuse or connector. The unit circuits are made of an identical electrically conductive material and formed into long thin elements. The unit circuits are arranged in parallel at a given spacing relative to one another. The electrically conductive element of each unit circuit is connected to the electrical part through another electrically conductive element arranged substantially perpendicular thereto.

A wiring harness comprising: a plurality of provisional bundling harnesses which are obtained by performing subassembly such that a pair of terminals contact bonded to opposite ends of each of a plurality of first wires of each of the provisional bundling harnesses are, respectively, connected to connectors and each of which includes at least one second wire acting as a common circuit such that a conductor is exposed at a distal end of the second wire; wherein when the provisional bundling harnesses are finally bundled into the wiring harness, the exposed conductors of the second wires are bundled at one location and are electrically connected to one another integrally so as to form an electrically connected portion.

A tying device for tying a wiring harness having a first annular holder for holding general wires, which has a first slit for inserting therethrough the general wires into the first annular holder; and a second annular holder for holding specific wires, which has a second slit for inserting therethrough the specific wires into the second annular holder and has a diameter smaller than that of the first annular holder so as to extend into the first annular holder from an inner peripheral surface of the first annular holder through a rib; wherein the second annular holder is positioned at a central portion of the first annular holder such that a space for accommodating the general wires is defined between the inner peripheral surface of the first annular holder and an outer peripheral surface of the second annular holder.

Tying device for wiring harness

The present invention is directed to an optical coupler, only formed by a plurality of all plastic fibers, and a method of producing the same. Two all plastic fibers each of which has a core are placed in contact with each other over a predetermined length. Ultrasonic vibration is applied to a contacting portion of the all plastic fibers so as to bond the cores with each other at the contacting portion. Thus, the optical coupler with a low-excess-loss can easily be produced.
