A mobile information display terminal narrows a width from the outermost portion of a chassis to an outermost portion of the effective display area by using a sealing part between the chassis and a flat surface of the display panel. The chassis has a panel facing wall that faces a main face of a touch-equipped display panel. The sealing part has an annular shape that substantially matches a periphery of an inner surface of said glass sheet.

A terminal device is provided that includes a first case; a second case disposed in the terminal device with a gap with respect to the first case; and a transparent member that includes a transparent front-surface-side member bonded to a transparent rear-surface-side member and is disposed in the gap to connect the first case and the second case.

The invention is directed to systems, methods and computer program products for presenting visual information in an automobile. An exemplary system includes a receiving station that receives a mobile device; and a display unit that presents, to a driver or a passenger in the automobile, visual information in response to one or more instructions input to the mobile device. The display unit of the system is separate from the mobile device's display. In some embodiments, the display is a mirror, while, in other embodiments, the display is an electronic display. In some embodiments, the receiving station has the ability to receive mobile devices of a plurality of types.

Disclosed is a portable terminal including a first enclosure having a display unit; a second enclosure having an operation unit; a first connection unit foldably connecting the first enclosure to the second enclosure by being rotated around a first center axis; and a second connection unit connecting the first enclosure to the second enclosure and allowing the first enclosure to be rotated between a first position and a second position and around a second center axis perpendicular to the first center axis, the second center axis located in a position shifted by a predetermined amount from a center of the first enclosure. The first enclosure is displaced from the second enclosure corresponding to the second center axis when the enclosures are folded via the first connection unit in a state where the first enclosure is rotated to the second position in the second connection unit.
