An ophthalmic apparatus of an exemplary aspect performs the first and second OCT scans on a subject's eye. The first OCT scan is performed on the first region including the first site of the subject's eye, and the second OCT scan is performed on the second region including the second site. The ophthalmic apparatus acquires the first deviation information of the subject's eye prior to the first OCT scan and performs alignment, and also acquires the second deviation information of the subject's eye prior to the second OCT scan and performs alignment. The ophthalmic apparatus calculates the distance between the first site and the second site based on the first data acquired through the first OCT scan and second data acquired through the second OCT scan.

An ophthalmological device according to the embodiments comprises an objective lens, a subjective inspection optical system, and an interference optical system. The subjective inspection optical system includes an optical element capable of correcting aberration of a subject's eye and projects a visual target onto the subject's eye via the objective lens and the optical element. The interference optical system splits light from a light source into reference light and measurement light, projects the measurement light onto the subject's eye via the objective lens and the optical element, generates interference light between returning light of the measurement light and the reference light, and detects the generated interference light.

Ophthalmological device and ophthalmological inspection system

An ophthalmologic apparatus includes an objective lens, a refractive power measurement optical system, an inspection optical system, and an optical path separating unit. The refractive power measurement optical system is configured to project light in a first wavelength range onto a subject's eye via the objective lens and to detect returning light from the subject's eye. The inspection optical system is configured to project light in a second wavelength range onto the subject's eye via the objective lens. The optical path separating unit that is arranged in an optical path of the refractive power measurement optical system and is configured to separate an optical path of the inspection optical system from the optical path of the refractive power measurement optical system by performing wavelength separation based on changeable wavelength separation characteristics.

Ophthalmologic apparatus

An ophthalmological device according to the embodiments comprises an objective lens, an objective measurement optical system, an interference optical system, and an image forming unit. The objective measurement optical system irradiates light onto a subject's eye via the objective lens and detects returning light from the subject's eye. The interference optical system splits light from a light source into reference light and measurement light, projects the measurement light onto the subject's eye via the objective lens so as to overlap at least part of an area of the irradiated light at the subject's eye by the objective measurement optical system, generates interference light between returning light of the measurement light and the reference light, and detects the generated interference light. The image forming unit forms a tomographic image of the subject's eye based on a detection result of the interference light by the interference optical system.

An ophthalmic surgical apparatus includes an observation optical system, an illumination optical system, an interference optical system, and an image forming unit. The observation optical system is configured to observe an eye through an objective lens. The illumination optical system is configured to illuminate the eye through the objective lens. The interference optical system includes a reference optical path and a signal optical path which leads to the eye through the deflecting member located between the objective lens and the eye, and is configured to detect interference light based on light having passed through the signal optical path and returning from the eye and the reference light having passed through the reference optical path. The image forming unit forms an image of the eye based on a detection result obtained by the interference optical system.

A technology for achieving a reduction in size of an ophthalmic apparatus capable of performing a plurality of kinds of measurements performed before cataract surgery is provided. An ophthalmic apparatus is described that includes a refractive power measurement unit and an eyeball information measurement unit. The refractive power measurement unit is configured to project light from a light source onto a subject's eye and detect returning light thereof to determine refractive power of an ocular optical system of the subject's eye. The eyeball information measurement unit is configured to project light from the same light source onto the subject's eye and detect returning light thereof to determine eyeball information representing structure of the subject's eye.

Ophthalmic apparatus

An ophthalmologic apparatus which is capable of preferably executing position matching between an eye and optical system is provided. An ophthalmologic apparatus of an embodiment includes an examination optical system, supporting part, driver, two or more imaging parts, analyzer and controller. The examination optical system is used for an examination of the eye. The supporting part supports a face of a subject. The driver moves the examination optical system and the supporting part relatively and three-dimensionally. The two or more imaging parts substantially simultaneously photograph an anterior eye part of the eye from different directions. The analyzer obtains a three-dimensional position of the eye by analyzing two or more photograph images acquired by the two or more imaging parts substantially simultaneously. The controller controls the driver based on the three-dimensional position to relatively move the examination optical system and the supporting part.

In an embodiment, a photographing part of an ophthalmologic apparatus photographs an eye from different directions. An optical system splits light into measurement light and reference light and detects interference light of measurement light returned from the eye and reference light. A changing part changes optical path length of measurement light. A controller controls the photographing part to perform photography and the optical system to perform first detection when first optical path length is set and controls the optical system to perform second detection when second optical path length is set and a second image substantially the same as a first image acquired by the photography is acquired. Based on the first and second optical path lengths, a calculator calculates distance between first and second sites of the eye through which measurement light has passed in the first and second detections, respectively.

An optical image measuring devicesplits low-coherence light Linto signal light LS and reference light LR, and splits an optical path of the reference light LR into two optical paths having different optical path lengths to split the reference light LR into two reference lights LRa, LRb. Furthermore, the optical image measuring devicemakes the reference lights LRa, LRb interfere with the signal light LS propagated through an eye E, generates an interference light LC reflecting a morphology in each of two depth positions (fundus oculi Ef and cornea Ec) of an eye E, and detects the interference light LC to generate a detection signal. Then, the optical image measuring deviceforms a fundus oculi tomographic image and a cornea tomographic image based on the detection signals, and analyzes the tomographic images to obtain a distance between the cornea and retina of the eye E.

Ophthalmic tomographic imager with corneo-retinal image analysis

A fundus oculi observing devicespecifies a characteristic site of a fundus oculi Ef depicted in tomographic images of the fundus oculi Ef and, based on the position of the characteristic site within frames FH and FV of the tomographic images, changes a target position of a signal light LS so that the characteristic site is depicted in the center positions within the frames FH and FV and executes a main measurement, thereby forming a tomographic image and/or a three-dimensional image of the fundus oculi Ef.

Fundus oculi observing device

A low-coherence light is split into a signal light and a reference light. The optical path length of the reference light is switched to optical path lengths that correspond to a first depth zone and a second depth zone. When forming a tomographic image of the second depth zone, in an optical system that condenses the signal light to the first depth zone when a measured object and an objective lens are located at a predetermined working distance, while being positioned at the working distance, a depth zone switching lens that transitions the depth at which the signal light is condensed to the second depth zone is inserted.
