A sunshade structure is disclosed. The sunshade structure includes a sunshade; a guide rail; a sunshade stopper configured to stop a movement of the sunshade, the sunshade stopper including a first side wall and a second side wall; and an end cap configured to cap an end of the guide rail, the end cap including a bottom plate, a first sunshade stopper retention wall extending vertically from the bottom plate and configured to extend around the first side wall a second sunshade stopper retention wall extending vertically from the bottom plate and configured to extend around a junction of the first side wall and the second side wall a third sunshade stopper retention wall extending vertically from the bottom plate and configured to extend around the second side wall; and a fourth wall extending vertically from the bottom plate and configured to extend from an end of the second side wall to the end of the guide rail.

End cap assembly

A sunroof device is disclosed. A sunroof device includes a movable panel on a roof of a vehicle; a guide rail including one or more holes; a deflector holder including a first restriction portion, a second restriction portion, and a rotation center, wherein a first tip of the first restriction portion connecting to a first hole of the one or more holes; a second tip of the second restriction portion including a first claw, the first claw connecting to a second hole of the one or more holes; a third tip of the second restriction portion including a second claw, the second claw connecting to a third hole of the one or more holes, the second hole and the third hole including a front portion, a middle portion, and a rear portion, wherein a first width of the middle portion is smaller than a second width of the rear portion; the first width is smaller than a third width of the front portion; and an inner surface between the front portion and the middle portion includes an inclination.

Sunroof deflector assembly

A sunroof device includes: a guide rail provided on each edge portion of an opening formed in a roof of a vehicle in a width direction; a sliding member supported on the guide rail so as to be slidable in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle; and a support member provided with a first elastic member and having a front end portion supported on the guide rail so as to be rotatable and slidable in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, the support member supporting a movable panel that opens and closes the opening, in which the sliding member includes a bottom wall located above the guide rail, a vertical wall provided upright on the bottom wall, and an engaging portion provided on the vertical wall, the support member includes a guide portion engaged with the engaging portion, and the guide portion including first and second guide portions.

Sunroof device

A sunroof apparatus includes: a movable panel adapted to open and close an opening in a roof of a vehicle; a guide rail provided at each of both-side edge portions of the opening; a cable which has a driving-side engagement portion and is driven to move in a forward and backward direction of the vehicle; a slide member having a driven-side engagement portion engaging with the driving-side engagement portion, linked to each of both-side edge portions, and provided to be movable in the forward and backward direction, along the guide rail, so that movement of the slide member causes the movable panel to open and close; and a holding portion protruding from the slide member in the width direction of the vehicle and positioned backward of the cable to abut against or close to the cable.

Sunroof apparatus

A guide block has a guide projection wall and a guide upper wall. The guide projection wall deviates from an end of a side-held portion in the folded-back state toward the start point of folding-back while moving toward a winding shaft along the longitudinal direction of a guide rail. The guide upper wall deviates in the direction orthogonal to a plane in which a shading sheet is unrolled and toward the shading sheet and abuts on the side-held portion being unfolded while moving toward the winding shaft along the longitudinal direction of the guide rail.
