A bar-like member includes a base end portion, a leading end portion opposite to the base end portion, and a fixed portion provided between the base end portion and the leading end portion and fixed to an upper frame. A binding band is adapted to bind the bar-like member and an arranging member together in order to fix the arranging member arranged along the bar-like member. The fixed portion of the bar-like member is formed by folding the bar-like member between the base end portion and the leading end portion, and has an outer peripheral surface fixed to the upper frame in abutting contact with the upper frame. The leading end portion of the bar-like member is positioned away from the upper frame by fixing the outer peripheral surface of the fixed portion to the upper frame.

Construction machine

Provided is a method for mounting a device on a frame in a construction machine. The method includes forming plate holes in a beam member at respective mount-member-provision positions on the beam member; mounting a plate supporter on a back surface of the beam member at each of the mount-member-provision positions so as to border the plate hole at a lower side thereof; installing the beam member on the frame; putting the mount plate into the plate hole from above so as to make the mount plate be supported by the plate supporter and fixing the plate supporter in the plate hole after adjusting the position of the mount plate horizontally and vertically within the plate hole; and mounting the mount members to the mount plates fixed in the plate holes respectively and mounting the device on the beam member via the mount members.

Method and apparatus for mounting device in construction machine

A construction machine including an engine, a fuel tank, and a liquid reductant tank. The construction machine further includes a tank cover, and the fuel tank has an upper surface including a high-position surface and a low-position surface located at a lower position than the high-position surface and adjacent to the high-position surface through a step. The tank cover is provided over the low-position surface and at a height position approximately equal to that of the high-position surface to define a liquid reductant tank installation space in cooperation with the low-position surface. The liquid reductant tank has a replenishment port, installed in the liquid reductant tank installation space so that the replenishment port is close to a lower surface of the tank cover.

In a hybrid working machine including a power storage device serving as a power source for a generator motor and a controller for controlling this power storage device, the power storage device and the controller being each made up of a main body and casing covering the main body, the power storage device is arranged on the upper side of a top plate of a stand provided on an upper frame, the controller is arranged on the lower side, an intake port is provided in the casing of the power storage device, an exhaust port is provided in the casing of the controller, a ventilation port is provided in the top plate, and the cooling air is fed into the interior of the power storage device and the controller, so that the power storage device and the controller are cooled down.

Hybrid working machine

A plurality of supports and a top plate attached to between upper ends of the supports are provided, and a power storage device and a controller are installed on the both upper and lower sides of the top plate respectively. Meanwhile, a hydraulic pump and a control valve are accommodated in space for hydraulic devices on the lower side of the top plate, and a heat insulating member and heat shield plates are provided as heat shield means for protecting the power storage device and the controller against heat from the exterior including heat of the hydraulic pump and the control valve.

Working machine

The present small swing type excavator is characterized by comprising an engine () disposed in the rear section of a rotating frame () in such a condition that the longitudinal direction thereof is directed to the lateral direction of the rotating frame (), a hydraulic oil tank () disposed on one lateral side in front of the engine (), a cabin () disposed on the other lateral side, an air conditioner () disposed under a floor () of the cabin () and having two surfaces facing to, respectively, the front side and the left outer side of the rotating frame (), and a fuel tank () formed so as to be arranged along at least two surfaces of the front and left side surfaces of the air conditioner () and detachably attached to the rotating frame ().

Small swing type shovel

A construction machine includes a lower traveling body on which an upper rotating body is rotatably disposed. The rotating body includes an upper frame provided with a bottom plate and a supporter acting as a perpendicular member. The bottom plate has an attachment hole extending substantially perpendicular to the bottom plate. The supporter is welded substantially perpendicular to the bottom plate while one end of the supporter is engaged with the attachment hole. Accordingly, the supporter can be easily fixed to the bottom plate while maintaining the perpendicularity and a proper height setting of the supporter.

Construction machine and method for manufacturing the same

The present invention provides a hydraulic excavator provided with a dozer device comprising an arm having a rear end connected to a fulcrum portion provided on a lower frame of a lower traveling body, a dozer blade provided at an extreme end of the arm, and a dozer cylinder for swinging the arm in vertical direction, characterized in that the dozer cylinder and the arm are arranged in a state of forming two sides of a triangle as viewed from the side, the arm swings vertically so that the dozer cylinder does not interfere with a bottom of an upper rotating body rotatably mounted on the lower traveling body, and an approach angle when the dozer blade vertically moved by the arm is placed in the highest position is set to 35 degrees or more, thereby capable of securing travelability equal to an excavator without a dozer device.

Hydraulic excavator

In an excavator, a blade surface for performing an earth removal operation while a blade is set in contact with the ground satisfies the following conditions: A) upward pushing force components Fu that push dirt upward along the blade surface are generated; B) an upper part of the blade surface has a release surface portion in which a forward-upward release force that rolls the dirt pushed upward by Fu forward is generated; C) when downward pressing force components Fd are generated in response to the generated release force, a total downward pressing force &#x3a3;Fd&#x3e; a total upward pushing force &#x3a3;Fu; and D) if each Fu is given a positive value and if each Fd and a reduced amount of each Fu caused when the dirt hits the release surface portion are given negative values, a value of force at an endmost section of the release surface portion is positive.

Excavator

In a construction machine having a working attachment, an operator's seat disposed on one side of a machine body, a devices receptacle portion disposed on the other side, and an operating member disposed sideways of the seat for operating the attachment, the machine is characterized in that a canopy comprises a front support post disposed in front of the seat, a rear support post disposed behind the seat, a side support post disposed sideways of the seat and on the side where an operator gets on and off the machine body, and a roof which connects the support posts with one another, the front support post being disposed close to the devices receptacle portion and the side support post being disposed outside the operating member to form an open portion obliquely in front of the seat where open portion is for ensuring a working vision for the attachment which is swung to the seat side.
