The reservation management system includes an input device and a reservation management unit. The input device includes a manual operation part movable between a first position and a second position and sends a wireless signal containing movement information of the manual operation part and ID information. The reservation management unit performs reservation management based on the wireless signal sent from the input device. The reservation management unit includes a clock unit, a storage unit, and a determination unit. The clock unit measures time. The storage unit associates reservation information containing a reservation start time, and the ID information with each other and stores them. The determination unit determines a reservation performance status based on a current time, the reservation start time, and the movement information.

A surge current detection deviceis detachably attached to a conductorand detects a surge current entering the conductor. The surge current detection deviceincludes: a holderreleasably holding the conductorvia first and second holder bodies-and-facing each other; a magnetic force concentrating memberhaving a substantially U-shaped cross-section, the magnetic force concentrating memberbeing secured inside the holderand concentrating a magnetic flux included in a magnetic field generated by the surge current entering the magnetic flux conductorto a high density at a predetermined detection region; and a magnetic material sheetsecured inside the holderin such a manner that the magnetic material sheetis positioned at the detection region, the magnetic material sheetdetecting the surge current.

Surge current detection device

A protection element (e.g., an arrester) protects a piece of equipment to be protected, from surge currents line terminals and an earth terminal. Surge current detection devices are provided on respective conductors connected to the arrester. Each of the surge current detection devices is to detect the surge current penetrated into a conductor for a short period of time, and includes a magnetic flux concentration member by which a magnetic flux produced by the penetrated surge current is concentrated in a given detection area at a high density, and a ferromagnetic material sheet positioned on the given detection area. The ferromagnetic material sheet includes a recording layer which is able to record and erase the penetration state of the surge current. A plurality of microcapsules are arranged in the recording layer, and each of the microcapsules contains a suitable liquid, and a plurality of magnetic particles suspended in the suitable liquid. An orientation state of the magnetic particles is varied by the concentrated magnetic flux, and can be visually recognized.
