In a cold-rolled steel sheet having a predetermined chemical composition, a metallographic structure contains 40.0% or more and less than 60.0% of a polygonal ferrite, 30.0% or more of a bainitic ferrite, 10.0% to 25.0% of a residual austenite, and 15.0% or less of a martensite, by an area ratio, in the residual austenite, a proportion of the residual austenite in which an aspect ratio is 2.0 or less, a length of a long axis is 1.0 &#x3bc;m or less, and a length of a short axis is 1.0 &#x3bc;m or less, is 80.0% or more, in the bainitic ferrite, a proportion of the bainitic ferrite in which an aspect ratio is 1.7 or less and an average value of a crystal orientation difference in a region surrounded by a boundary in which a crystal orientation difference is 15&#xb0; or more is 0.5&#xb0; or more and less than 3.0&#xb0;, is 80.0% or more, and a connection index D value of the martensite, the bainitic ferrite, and the residual austenite is 0.70 or less.

Cold-rolled steel sheet and method of manufacturing same

High-strength cold-rolled steel sheet and method for producing the same

Maintaining pressure inside a culturing vessel is difficult when minimizing the size of a liquid supply path that supplies liquid and gas to a cell culturing vessel that performs two-level culturing (co-culturing). This cell culturing device includes: culturing vessels; a flow path having at least first supply ports capable of supplying liquid or gas to the culturing vessels and first discharge ports that discharge the gas from the culturing vessels, said flow path discharging gas from the first discharge ports to the atmosphere; and a filter in the flow path. A trap bottle is provided between the first discharge ports and the filter upon the flow path to collect moisture from the discharged gas. Thus, a liquid phase and a gas phase are separated in the trap bottle; moisture is prevented from reaching the filter; filter clogging is prevented; and the internal pressure of the culturing vessels can be maintained.

Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet and manufacturing method thereof

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a valve mechanism which features a simple structure adapted to collectively control the supply of gas or culture medium to a plurality of cultivation containers for simultaneous cultivation and to enhance the reliability of the valve mechanism. The valve mechanism of the invention is a valve mechanism for opening and closing passages for liquid or gas. The valve mechanism includes: clip members adapted to close a plurality of tube passages, respectively; a multiple cam member for opening the clip members in sequence by making contact with the clip members; and a rotational mechanism for rotating the multiple cam member. The clip member includes: a spring for closing a clip thereof; and a clip contact portion for a cam contact portion of the multiple cam member to make contact therewith.

Valve mechanism, cell cultivation apparatus using same, and cell cultivation method

There is the problem that a liquid culture medium fed by a pump has a high frequency of contact with a gas during movement in a tube, and the pH value of the liquid culture medium before and after feeding changes easily. In a liquid feeder and a cell culture apparatus provided therewith, a feed pipeis connected with a gas bag, the liquid to be fed into the feed pipeis fed so as to be sandwiched by a gas for suppressing the qualitative changes of the liquid. Furthermore, the gas bag is connected with a containerfor holding a liquid, and holds the gas for suppressing qualitative changes of the liquid in a gas phase of the container.

Liquid feeding device and cell culture device

An automatic culture device which employs closed-system culture vessels and in which, when a passage part () and a rotational valve mechanism () are configured, the multiple culture vessels in a culture vessel part () can be rendered equal in liquid-feeding conditions by, for example, regulating the length of each passage. Galvanized steel sheet and method of manufacturing the same

Hot-rolled steel sheet and production method thereof

Disclosed is a high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet having small material anisotropy and excellent formability with an ultimate tensile strength of 980 MPa or more. The hot-dip galvanized steel sheet includes a hot-dip galvanized layer formed on a surface of a base steel plate. The base steel plate contains C, Si, Mn, O, P, S, Al and N within predetermined ranges and a balance including Fe and inevitable impurities. The hot-dip galvanized layer contains Fe at less than 7 mass % or 7 to 15 mass % and a balance including Zn, Al, and inevitable impurities.
