A computer-implemented method is presented for automatically generating alerting rules. The method includes identifying, via offline analytics, abnormal patterns and normal patterns from history logs based on machine learning, statistical analysis and deep learning, the history logs stored in a history log database, automatically generating the alerting rules based on the identified abnormal and normal patterns, and transmitting the alerting rules to an alerting engine for evaluation. The method further includes receiving a plurality of online log messages from a plurality of computing devices connected to a network, augmenting the plurality of online log messages, and extracting information from the plurality of augmented online log messages to be provided to the alerting engine, the alerting engine configured to approve and enforce the alerting rules automatically generated by the offline analytics processing.

Provided are techniques for new command assistance. A score is generated for each of a plurality of users based on a command execution history of a command by each of the plurality of users. A command template with the command and parameters of the command is generated in an order based on the command execution history of a user of the plurality of users having a high score. In response to receiving a portion of a new command, suggestions are provided for automatically completing the command using the command template.

Provided are techniques for identifying diagnosis commands from comments in an issue tracking system. A new issue ticket describing an issue for a test that failed and that has a test case identifier is received. A past issue ticket for the test that has the test case identifier is identified, where the past issue ticket identifies a set of issue ticket comments. A concluding owning team change event is identified in the set of issue ticket comments. A comment with a diagnosis command that triggered the concluding owning team change event is identified in the set of issue ticket comments. A suggestion of the diagnosis command is provided by highlighting the concluding owning team change event and the comment. The new issue ticket is assigned to an owning team of the concluding owning team change event.

Identifying diagnosis commands from comments in an issue tracking system

One embodiment provides model-driven and automated generation of information technology (IT) solutions including obtaining a set of business and technical requirements for IT infrastructure and applications. A client business and technical requirement model is generated based on generic model constructs and extending with constructs specific to capturing client requirements. A draft IT solution is generated using an automated model-driven process to generate the draft IT solution configuration for client requirements for a target shared resource environment offering. The generated draft IT solution is translated into a language of a constraint satisfaction engine that propagates values of chosen attributes in the draft solution to identify valid values for unset attributes, and identifies conflicts. An IT solutions interface is generated based on auto-population of verified attribute results.

Model-driven and automated system for shared resource solution design

Provided are techniques for identifying a server from a plurality of servers causing a bottleneck in a system. Message processing information about message processing performed by one of the plurality of servers is provided. An input is received indicating an adjustment to a number of messages input to the one of the plurality of servers. A message is sent causing the one of the plurality of servers to adjust a number of input messages based on the adjusted number of messages. Updated message processing information is received for the number of messages in the adjusted number of input messages that indicates a number of messages processed per unit time. In response to determining that the number of messages processed does not change in response to the adjustment to the amount of messages input, the one of the plurality of servers is identified as causing the bottleneck in the system.

The method includes identifying a group of trees, from the plurality of groups, that is closest to the tree of the current contract by calculating respective distances there between. The method includes calculating a price for the current contract based on gross profits and costs for each service in the identified group. The grouping, identifying, and calculating steps each use different methods, responsive to a service (a) having a baseline; and (b) lacking the baseline, wherein the baseline is a value that indicates a scale of the service.
