The polyolefin composite film is excellent in low-temperature heat sealability, heat-sealing strength and transparency, and at least has surface layer [i]//intermediate layer [iii]//core layer[i], wherein the surface layer[i]includes a propylene resin composition including 0-50 wt % of a specific propylene&#x3b1;-olefin random copolymer (A) and/or a specific 1-butene&#x3b1;-olefin copolymer (E), and 50-100 wt % of a propylene polymer (B) having a melting point of 120-170&#xb0; C. ((A), (E) and (B) in the surface layer totals 100 wt %); the core layer [ii]includes a propylene resin composition including 70-100 wt % of a crystalline polypropylene (C) having a melting point of 150-170&#xb0; C., and 0-30 wt % of the copolymer (A) ((C) and (A) in the core layer totals 100 wt %); and the intermediate layer[iii]includes a propylene resin composition including 50-95 wt % of the crystalline polypropylene (C) and 50-5 % of the polymer (B), the copolymer (A), andor the copolymer (E) ((C), (B), (A) and (E) in the intermediate layer totals 100 wt %).

Polyolefin composite film

Melt bags of the invention are molten uniformly at temperatures lower than melting operation temperatures in the product manufacturing and do not remain unmolten in the final products. The melt bags have high storage stability and excellent mechanical properties. Resin compositions of the invention are suited to give such melt bags. A resin composition of the invention includes a propylene/C2-20 &#x3b1;-olefin (except propylene) copolymer (A) having (1) a melting point (Tm) of not more than 90&#xb0; C. as measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) or not showing a melting point peak in DSC, and an ethylene/C3-20 &#x3b1;-olefin copolymer (B) having (1) a melting point (Tm) of not more than 90&#xb0; C. as measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) or not showing a melting point peak in DSC, the weight ratio of these copolymers (A)/(B) being in the range of 99/1 to 1/99.

To provide a lactic acid polymer composition excellent in transparency, heat resistance and productivity, a molded article, a sheet and a multilayer sheet each of which comprises the composition, a thermoformed article obtained by secondary-forming the sheet or the multilayer sheet, and a process for producing the thermoformed article with excellent productivity. The lactic acid polymer composition of the invention comprises 100 parts by weight of a lactic acid polymer (A), 0.1 to 3 parts by weight of an organic crystal nucleating agent (B) comprising an aliphatic carboxylic acid amide having an amide bond, and 0.1 to 7 parts by weight of a crystallization accelerator (C). The thermoformed article of the invention is obtained with excellent production efficiency by thermoforming the sheet comprising the composition of the invention at a temperature of 60 to 130&#xb0; C.

Lactic acid polymer composition, molded article comprising the composition and process for producing the molded article

A propylene polymer resin composition characterized in that it has a flexural modulus in the range of 200 to 1200 MPa and a melt flow rate (MFR) measured at 230&#xb0; C. in the range of 0.1 to 30 g/min, and a melt tension (MT (mN)) and an MFR (g/10 min) measured at 230&#xb0; C. satisfy a specific formula, and a sheet or film obtained therefrom. According to the present invention, there is provided a polyolefin film which is excellent in transparency and especially excellent in transparency and low-temperature heat shrinkable properties after stretching.

An aliphatic polyester stretched film which has excellent flexibility and heat resistance and manifests no bleeding of a plasticizer, an aliphatic polyester composition which is a raw material of the stretched film, and a package using the stretched film. The film can be prepared from an aliphatic polyester composition comprising 10 to 60 parts by weight of at least one compound selected from (A) a compound represented by the general formula: R OCH CH(OR )CH OR (wherein, at least one of R , R and R represents an acyl group having 6 to 18 carbon atoms, and remaining groups represent a hydrogen atom or an acetyl group.) and (B) a compound which is a reaction product of a condensate of 1 to 10 glycerin units with a carboxylic acid having 6 to 18 carbon atoms, based on 100 parts by weight of an aliphatic polyester. The aliphatic polyester stretched film can have a crystallinity of 20 to 60% which is obtained by molding the composition, and the film can be formed into a package obtained.

An aliphatic polyester composition for a masterbatch which is improved in dispersibility of a filler, anti-blocking property, transparency, molding stability and slipperiness and which is suited for production of an aliphatic polyester film, and a method for producing an aliphatic polyester film using said composition. A membrane formed by coating an aqueous coating liquid comprising an antistatic agent or anticlouding agent on one or both surfaces of an aliphatic polyester film comprising a specific amount of a lubricant or an antiblocking agent, can remarkably improve adhesion of the membrane (antistatic layer or anticlouding layer) to the aliphatic polyester film, and thus the effect of the membrane (antistatic effect or anticlouding effect) can be continuously exhibited for a long period.

Coated aliphatic polyester film

The stretched film of the lactic acid-based polymer of the invention can degrade under natural environment, and additionally has an excellent mechanical strength and durability. By use of a lubricant in combination with an inorganic filler, these properties are further improved and thickness accuracy is enhanced. Consequently, the stretched film of the lactic acid-based polymer of the invention can be widely applied to a prepaid card and other various film materials, lamination materials and packaging materials. Even though abandoned after use in the natural environment, the stretched film relatively quickly decomposes into carbon dioxide and water and does not accumulate as waste.
