A laminated power storage element includes: an exterior body shaped into a flat bag shape by laminating a pair of laminated films to weld a peripheral edge region; an electrode body sealed within the exterior body; a positive and a negative electrode terminal portion allowed to project outside the exterior body from a predetermined margin of the exterior body; and a pair of tab films welded on surfaces where the pair of laminated films oppose one another in a region along the predetermined margin to mutually weld the pair of laminated films, and the tab film covers an end surface of the laminated film while deviating outward from the exterior body from the predetermined margin, and covers both front and back surfaces of each of a base end of the positive electrode terminal portion and a base end of the negative electrode terminal portion.

Method of manufacturing a laminated power storage element

[Problems] To provide a multifunction vibration actuator which has flat rising and falling frequency characteristic at the time of generation of bodily sensation vibration and which is stable for an input signal. [Means for Solving Problems] Flat frequency characteristics can be obtained by using a two-fold rotational symmetry frame type suspension, and miniaturization of the whole multifunction vibration actuator can be made by the user of the frame type suspension. With regard to the frame type suspension, use of protruded configuration of corner parts ensures the effect of absorption of deflection of the suspension.

Suspension structure

A multifunction oscillatory actuator which performs acoustic reproduction by an acoustic reproduction section includes a diaphragm having a voice coil attached thereto and performs the occurrence of somesthetic oscillation by a magnetic circuit section having a magnet attached thereto, and in which the acoustic reproduction section and the magnetic circuit section are attached to a housing having a cylindrical shape, such that the magnetic circuit section is supported on an inner wall of the housing by a frame-shaped suspension.

Multi-function vibration actuator

A magnetic circuit including a pole piece, a magnet, and a yoke is supported by using a suspension where outer and inner circumferential portions thereof are connected to each other with a supporting member, and the outer circumferential portion of the suspension is fixed to protrude from a housing or an inner wall of a cover provided with a stepped portion in a direction passing over the magnetic circuit toward an inner portion, so that it is possible to limit a movable range of the magnetic circuit by using the outer circumferential portion of the suspension and to prevent inner components of a main body of the multi-function vibration actuator from being destructed at the time of being impacted due to falling.

A contact terminal which prevents a load from being concentrated on the contact terminal portion thereof when a part is disposed on a substrate, to prevent contact terminals from being short-circuited even if stacked, thereby reducing the overall space requirement. A projection is formed on a terminal base and the movable range of a contact is limited by the projection, whereby the load that is conventionally concentrated on a terminal support part can be distributed by a support part and the projection. Consequently, the durability of the terminal portion can be enhanced, the space for the contact terminal portion is saved, and a short circuit is prevented from occurring due to the contacting between the contact terminals.

Power supply terminal structure

By having multiple air passage holesin the housingand by creating a clearance Gbetween the outer surface of the yokeand the inner surface of the housingthe measurement of the clearance being confined to a range exceeding 0% but not exceeding 2.5% of the inner radius of the housing, the amount of air movement is limited by the clearance Gand by this means the frequency range within which the desired acceleration can be attained is expanded.

Vibration actuator device of portable terminal

An amount of movement of an air passing through a clearance Gis adjusted by adjusting the clearance Gby placing an outer shape surfaceof a yokein proximity of an inner side surface of a housing. Accordingly, a vibration characteristic having a wide frequency bandwidth can be obtained, thereby improving stability and convenience of body-sensible vibration characteristic of a multifunctional vibration actuator.
