A dynamo-electric machine which inhibits the vibration of a frame and a bearing and has excellent manufacturability. A dynamo-electric machine according to the present invention includes a stator, a rotor including a rotary shaft and being disposed on an inner side in a radial direction of the stator, a bearing for supporting the rotary shaft, an intermediate frame for supporting the stator, and a stator frame for supporting the bearing and the intermediate frame. The stator frame includes pedestals at two end portions in a width direction of a bottom portion of the stator frame. Each of the pedestals includes an upper surface positioned above a bottom surface of the stator frame. The intermediate frame is fixed to upper surfaces of the pedestals.

Dynamo-electric machine

There is provided a rotary electric machine that ensures improving a maximum torque and a rated power factor while reducing an increase in a starting current. In view of this, the rotary electric machine includes a shaft, a rotor, and a stator. The rotor is fixed to an outer periphery of the shaft. The stator is located so as to surround an outer periphery of the rotor. The rotor includes a rotor iron core including a plurality of rotor slots located at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction and rotor bars inserted into the rotor slots. Rotor slits communicate with outer peripheral sides of the rotor slots. The rotor slits have a width ws in a circumferential direction. The width ws is smaller than a height hs in a radial direction of the rotor slit, and when a rated current is denoted as I, a turn ratio (primary/secondary) is denoted as Tr, and a magnetic permeability in a vacuum is denoted as &#x3bc;, a relationship of ws&#x3e;&#x3bc;&#xd7;I&#xd7;Tr/0.6 is met.

Rotary electric machine and drive system using same

A rotary electric machine of the present invention includes: a stator; a rotor placed on an inner diameter side of the stator through an air gap and fixed to a rotating shaft; a stator frame supporting the stator; a casing storing the stator and the rotor; an outer fan fixed to the rotating shaft; a heat exchanger installed above the casing for heat exchange between outside air taken through the outer fan and internal air to remove heat; and an outer fan duct installed on an end portion of the casing in an axial direction, provided with the outer fan in an inside of the outer fan duct, and formed with a ventilation path through which the outside air is delivered to the heat exchanger. A plate-shaped member has at least a curved surface portion. The plate-shaped member forms the ventilation path of the outer fan duct.

Rotary electric machine

A motor with an inner fan includes a rotor rotating with a shaft, a stator opposing the outer peripheral surface of the rotor, an end ring connected to the rotor, stator wiring connected to the stator, a fan rotating with the shaft through a sleeve, a fan guide opposing the tip end of the blade outer periphery of the fan, and a frame storing the rotor, the stator, the fan, the fan guide, the end ring, and the stator wiring. The rotor includes an axial duct penetrating the rotor in the axial direction of the rotor and a radial duct communicating with the axial duct and penetrating the rotor radially from the inside to the outside of the rotor. The fan is an inner fan arranged inside the frame, the inner fan is of a diagonal flow type, and the discharge direction of the inner fan is the inward direction.

Rotating electric machine

A field winding type synchronous machine connects to a DC line and includes a rotor; a stator; an exciter that passes a current through a field winding of the rotor; and a rectification circuit that rectifies an output from the exciter and provides the output to the DC line. The synchronous machine includes the field winding being connected in parallel to a first circuit in which a parallel circuit including a rectifier element and a first switchgear is connected in series to a discharge resistor, a second switchgear being connected in series to the DC line that connects the first circuit to the rectification circuit, and a capacitor being provided between the discharge resistor and the input side of an electric power source element for gating the first switchgear.

Field winding type synchronous machine

Provided is a joint and an aircraft structure wherein it is possible to position a member relative to a preform with high accuracy. A groove into which a plate member () is inserted is formed in a pi-shaped joint () provided on the preform (), and the preform () and the plate member () are connected by being bonded. Moreover, a fitting shape (A-) into which the plate member () is fitted is formed on the pi-shaped joint () on the whole groove bottom face. Additionally, a fitting shape (A-) into which the plate member () is fitted is formed on a portion of the groove bottom face. Furthermore, fitting shapes (B-B-), into which the groove bottom face that is formed on the pi-shaped joint () is fitted, are formed on the surface of the plate material () that is fitted with the pi-shaped joint ().

Joint, and aircraft structure

A joint () joins a plate member () with a preform (), wherein an inclined part (), which is inclined relative to a surface that is orthogonal to the direction in which a tensile load is applied to the plate member (), is formed on a surface () that joins with the preform (). A field winding type synchronous motor comprises a stator, a rotor with field windings, a brushless exciter, and a rectification circuit rectifying an output of the brushless exciter. A first circuit in parallel with the field windings includes a discharge resistor and a first switching device with a backward diode. The discharge resistor and the first switching device are connected in series. A second switching device is provided in one of the DC lines connecting the first circuit and the rectification circuit. The first switching device is controlled by a potential obtained by resistor dividing of an induced voltage in the field windings and a connection from the potential via a diode to anode adjacent to the rectification circuit on the one of the DC lines with the second switching device thereon. The second switching device is closed in a synchronous speed.

Field winding type synchronous motor

An electrical rotating machine is provided with a salient-pole rotor, which is composed of magnetic field pole bodies integrally formed with a shaft and pole shoes constituting magnetic field pole heads. Each pole shoe is fixedly joined on the corresponding one of the magnetic field pole bodies with a plurality of bolts. Each pole shoe or its corresponding magnetic field pole body is provided with at least one protrusion or recess for restricting a conically-shaped compression domain in a compression domain that occurs in the pole shoe when the pole shoe is joined on the corresponding magnetic field pole body with the bolts.

Electrical rotating machine

It is made easy for a stator winding to be wound around a stator core and degradation in efficiency is prevented as much as possible. A stator () includes a plurality of phases, i.e., of circumferentially divided stator magnetic poles (). The stator magnetic poles () are each composed of an arcuate stator core () having a plurality of axially extending claw poles () and a circumferentially elliptically wound stator winding (). The stator magnetic poles () are magnetically divided; therefore, magnetic flux leakage is reduced to improve efficiency. Air flowing between the stator magnetic poles () can improve a cooling effect.
