The vehicle air conditioning system includes: a refrigerant circuit; a heat medium circuit including high-temperature medium and low-temperature medium circuits; interior and exterior heat exchangers; an exhaust heat recovery circuit; and a switching part. The system operates in: a mode in which the heat medium in the high-temperature medium circuit is supplied to the interior heat exchanger and exhaust heat from onboard equipment is recovered by the heat medium in the low-temperature medium circuit, while the heat medium recovered and transferred exhaust heat to the refrigerant is supplied to the exterior heat exchanger; and another mode in which the heat medium in the high-temperature medium circuit is supplied to the interior heat exchanger and exhaust heat from onboard equipment is recovered by the heat medium in the low-temperature medium circuit, while the heat medium recovered and transferred exhaust heat to the refrigerant is caused to bypasses the exterior heat exchanger.

Vehicle air conditioning system and vehicle air conditioning method

A vehicle air conditioning system includes a refrigerant circuit that circulates a refrigerant through a compressor, a heat-absorbing heat exchanger, a decompression unit, and a heat-dissipating heat exchanger, a heat medium circuit including a high-temperature heat medium circuit that circulates a high-temperature heat medium and a low-temperature heat medium circuit that circulates a low-temperature heat medium, a vehicle interior heat exchanger that exchanges heat between air and at least one of the high-temperature heat medium and the low-temperature heat medium, a vehicle exterior heat exchanger that exchanges heat between air and at least one of the high-temperature heat medium and the low-temperature heat medium, and a switching unit that switches respective flows of the high-temperature heat medium and the low-temperature heat medium in accordance with an operation mode of the vehicle air conditioning system.

A vehicle air conditioning system includes a refrigerant circuit, a heat medium circuit, a vehicle-interior heat exchanger, a vehicle-exterior heat exchanger including a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger disposed in series with respect to a flow of air generated by an air blower, a switching unit, a detection unit for detecting a degree of frost formation, and a control device. The operation mode includes a defrosting mode in which the heat medium in the high-temperature medium circuit is supplied to a defrosting target to be selected as either the first or second heat exchanger by the operation of the switching unit. The control device selects, as the defrosting target, the first heat exchanger in preference to the second heat exchanger when determined that both the first and the second heat exchangers need to be defrosted.

There is provided an Al bonding wire which can achieve a sufficient bonding reliability of bonded parts of the bonding wire under a high temperature state where a semiconductor device using the Al bonding wire is operated. The Al bonding wire is characterized in that the wire contains 0.02 to 1% by mass of Fe, further contains 0.05 to 0.5% by mass in total of at least one or more of Mn and Cr, and the balance includes Al and inevitable impurities, wherein a total content of Fe, Mn and Cr in solid solution is 0.01 to 1% by mass. The Al bonding wire contains Mn and Cr in addition to Fe, so that Fe, Mn and Cr can be promoted to form a solid solution in quenching treatment after the solution treatment. Accordingly, the Al bonding wire can achieve an effect of solid-solution strengthening of the wire due to the increase in the total content of Fe, Mn and Cr in solid solution and an effect of preventing recrystallization from proceeding during use of the semiconductor device at a high temperature for a long time.

There is provided a metal-coated Al bonding wire which can provide a sufficient bonding reliability of bonded parts of the bonding wire under a high temperature state where a semiconductor device using the metal-coated Al bonding wire is operated. The bonding wire includes a core wire of Al or Al alloy, and a coating layer of Ag, Au or an alloy containing them formed on the outer periphery of the core wire, and the bonding wire is characterized in that when measuring crystal orientations on a cross-section of the core wire in a direction perpendicular to a wire axis of the bonding wire, a crystal orientation <111> angled at 15 degrees or less to a wire longitudinal direction has a proportion of 30 to 90% among crystal orientations in the wire longitudinal direction.
