An acoustic conversion device includes: a driving unit including a pair of magnets disposed so as to face each other, a yoke to which the pair of magnets are attached, a coil to which driving current is supplied, a vibrating portion which vibrates when driving current is supplied to the coil, and an armature disposed between the pair of magnets with the vibrating portion being passed through the coil; and a diaphragm unit including a diaphragm, and a beam portion for propagating the vibration of the vibrating portion to the diaphragm; with a coil attachment portion to which the coil is attached, located in a state in parallel with the vibrating portion, being provided to the armature.

An acoustic conversion device includes: a driving unit including a pair of magnets, a yoke, a coil, a vibrating portion which vibrates when driving current is supplied to the coil, and an armature disposed between the pair of magnets with the vibrating portion being passed through the coil; and a diaphragm unit including a holding frame having an opening, a resin film adhered to the holding frame, a diaphragm held within the holding frame, and a beam portion for propagating the vibration of the vibrating portion to the diaphragm; with the beam portion being combined with one edge side of the diaphragm, a predetermined gap being formed between the other edge of the diaphragm, and the inner face of the holding frame, a reinforcing member being provided to the predetermined gap, and the diaphragm being combined with the holding frame by the resin film and the reinforcing member.

An acoustic conversion device includes: a driving unit including magnets, a yoke, a coil, a vibrating portion, and an armature fixed to the yoke; a diaphragm unit including a holding frame fixed to the driving unit, with one face as a first-joint face jointed to the driving unit, and the other face as a second-joint face, a resin film adhered to the holding frame, a diaphragm held on the holding frame, and a beam portion propagating vibration from the vibrating portion to the diaphragm; and a storage unit including a case body for storing the driving unit and diaphragm unit; with the driving unit and diaphragm unit being stored in the case body, the case body being pressed against and deforming a sealing agent loaded in the second-joint face, from a side facing the second-joint face, thereby sealing each gap between the case body, cover body, and holding frame.

A sample preparation method is provided where chipping of and damage to a film at an observed location does not occur when cutting with a machining blade is carried out in advance in order to prepare a sample for use with a transmission electronic microscope. The surroundings of an observed location are grooved using a focussed ion beam prior to performing cutting with a machining blade so that the observed location can be isolated from the film composing the sample in a floating island shape. A thin-film for embedding may then be deposited with respect to the grooving, using a focussed ion beam. If necessary, a protective film can also be prepared at the surface of the observed location using a focussed ion beam.

Method for preparing a sample for a transmission electron microscope

A bearing housing of a capstan motor, for supporting a rotating shaft of the capstan motor. The housing is formed from sheet metal and has a flange member, a housing body extending from the flange member in an axial direction of the rotating shaft and a deep recess for exposing the rotating shaft. The housing also has a bearing collar made of metal mounted on the housing body for rotatably supporting the rotating shaft. This collar has a flange portion which abuts against an inside surface of the housing body and another portion press-fitted with a mounting hole formed through said housing body. A mounting board is mounted on one surface of the flange member and a motor board is mounted on another surface of the flange member. A component mounted on the mounting board is protected from interference by an escape portion on the flange member.

Capstan motor and sheet metal bearing housing thereof

A method for printing a letter, character or a figure on an inner ear type headphone, which is a molded body of a thermoplastic synthetic resin, by irradiating the surface with a laser light, and a headphone housing on which the letter etc. has been printed by the above method. The printing is performed by irradiating the surface of the synthetic resin molded body with a laser light for expanding any moisture or air contained in the molded body for foaming the surface. Printing is achieved in the form of foamed regions of the synthetic resin and hence is clear and superior in abrasion resistance and durability.

Method for printing on synthetic resin molded body and headphone housing

A double-layer coil for an electric motor is formed of a single continuous conductor with the two layers being wound simultaneously. A first length of conductor is wound about a pulley to form a coil and at the end of that coil but without breaking the conductor another coil is commenced to be wound about a rotating bobbin, with the coil of the first length wound on the pulley being caused to orbit the bobbin at a rate twice the bobbin rotation speed, whereby the conductor coil is unwound from the pulley and rewound on the bobbin at and the same time a further conductor is being wound about the bobbin to form a second coil, thereby forming both layers of the coil simultaneously.
