A power storage device includes a power storage module and a pair of conductive plates configured to sandwich the power storage module. The power storage module has an electrode laminate and a sealing body configured to seal the electrode laminate. The electrode laminate includes a plurality of laminated bipolar electrodes and a pair of terminal electrodes. The pair of terminal electrodes is disposed at laminate ends of the electrode laminate and each includes an electrode plate. The sealing body has a pair of resin portions provided at the edge portions of the terminal electrodes. At least one conductive plate of the pair of conductive plates is disposed to oppose the terminal electrode in the laminating direction of the electrode laminate and to overlap a corresponding resin portion of the pair of resin portions when seen in the laminating direction.

Power storage device

A power storage module comprises: an electrode stacked body including a stacked body in which a plurality of bipolar electrodes are stacked, a pair of terminal electrodes located on an outer side of the stacked body in a stacking direction of the bipolar electrodes, and a plurality of metal plates which constitute the stacked body and the pair of terminal electrodes; and a sealing body provided to surround a side surface of the electrode stacked body. The sealing body includes a plurality of first sealing portions coupled to edge portions of the plurality of metal plates, and a second sealing portion that couples the first sealing portions to each other. A thickness adjustment member that adjusts the thickness of the electrode stacked body in the stacking direction is disposed in the electrode stacked body at a position of overlapping the first sealing portions when viewed from the stacking direction.

Power storage module, and manufacturing method therefor

Provided is an electricity-storage module including: a stacked body that includes electrodes which are stacked along a first direction; a sealing body that is provided to the stacked body so as to surround a peripheral edge portion of the electrodes, forms an inner space that stores an electrolytic solution between the electrodes adjacent to each other along the first direction, and seals the inner space; and a reinforcing body that is provided in the electrodes so as to suppress deformation of the electrodes. The electrodes include bipolar electrodes and a negative terminal electrode, the negative terminal electrode includes the electrode plate and a negative electrode provided on the second surface, and is disposed at one end of the stacked body in the first direction such that the second surface faces an inner side of the stacked body in the first direction.

Power storage module

A power storage module includes an electrode laminate including a laminate of a plurality of bipolar electrodes and a negative terminal electrode disposed on one end side of the laminate in a laminating direction, a sealing body provided to surround a side surface of the electrode laminate and sealing an internal space formed between electrodes adjacent to each other, and an electrolytic solution containing an alkaline solution that is housed in the internal space, both surfaces of a metal plate of the negative terminal electrode are bonded to the sealing body, and a first surplus space surrounded by the sealing body and the metal plate of the negative terminal electrode is present.

An electricity-storage module includes an electrode stacked body and a sealing body. A negative terminal electrode is disposed at one end of the electrode stacked body in a stacking direction such that a second surface is an inner side of the electrode stacked body. The sealing body includes first resin portionswhich are joined to edge portions, and a second resin portion that is joined to the first resin portionsso as to surround the first resin portions from an outer side.

A power storage module including: a stacked body that includes electrodes stacked along a first direction; a sealing body that includes a first sealing portion joined to an edge portion of each of the electrodes, forms an inner space between the electrodes adjacent to each other, and seals the inner space; and an electrolytic solution that is stored in the inner space and includes an alkali solution. The electrodes include bipolar electrodes, and a negative terminal electrode. The power storage module includes surplus spaces different from the inner space on a route of an alkali creep phenomenon in which the electrolytic solution reaches the outside from the inner space through the negative terminal electrode.

A power storage module includes an electrode laminate in which bipolar electrodes are laminated and a sealing body formed of a resin. The bipolar electrode includes an electrode plate, a positive electrode provided on one surface of the electrode plate, and a negative electrode provided on another surface of the electrode plate. A power transmission device includes an electromagnet, a rotor, an armature and a hub. The hub couples the armature to a shaft of a drive-subject device. The hub includes: an outer hub that is coupled to the armature; a boss portion that is coupled to the shaft; an inner side plate-shaped portion that extends from the boss portion toward a radially outer side; and an inner plate that is placed between the outer hub and the inner side plate-shaped portion. The inner side plate-shaped portion and the inner plate are formed integrally in one piece. At least one of the inner side plate-shaped portion and the inner plate is formed by a member that is configured to deform or melt with heat generated by friction between the rotor and the armature when the shaft of the drive-subject device is locked at a time of energizing the electromagnet.

Power transmission device

An armature includes an inner plate located on an inner side of a groove and an outer plate located on an outer side of the groove. The hub includes: an outer hub; an inner hub that is coupled to a shaft; and a primary elastic member that is interposed between the inner hub and the outer hub and is configured to exert an elastic force to the outer hub in a direction away from a rotor. The outer hub includes an outer side coupling portion that is opposed to the outer plate and the inner plate and is coupled to the outer plate. The hub includes a secondary elastic member that is clamped between: the outer plate and the inner plate located on one side of the secondary elastic member; and the outer side coupling portion located on another side of the secondary elastic member.

An electricity storage device according to one embodiment is an electricity storage device in which a plurality of bipolar electrodes in which a positive electrode layer is provided on one surface of a collector plate and a negative electrode layer is provided on the other surface of the collector plate are stacked via separators and includes a plurality of spacers arranged along peripheral edges of the collector plates between the respective collector plates adjacent to each other in a stacking direction and a resin frame covering outer peripheries of the plurality of spacers.

Electricity storage device and method for manufacturing electricity storage device

A power storage apparatus has a case accommodating an electrode assembly, and a release valve present in the wall of the case. The electrode assembly includes electrodes. A shielding member is arranged between the inner surface of the wall and the end surface of the electrode assembly. A point located in a center of the case in a front view of the case taken in the stacking direction of the electrodes and located in a center of a dimension of the electrode assembly in the stacking direction is a center point, and a region surrounded by a plane connecting the center point and a contour of the pressure release valve at a shortest distance is a three-dimensional region. The shielding member includes a shielding portion that entirely covers a cross section of the three-dimensional region along the end face of the electrode assembly.

Power storage apparatus

An electricity storage module includes: a laminate including a plurality of bipolar electrodes, each bipolar electrode including an electrode plate, a positive electrode, and a negative electrode; a frame body holding an edge portion of the electrode plate and including an opening that communicates with internal spaces; and a pressure regulating valve connected to the opening. Each internal space is provided between the bipolar electrodes. Each internal space accommodates an electrolytic solution. An exhaust port and a communication space are provided in the pressure regulating valve. The exhaust port is provided for exhausting gas to an external space. The communication space communicates with the exhaust port. The communication space includes a space portion positioned below a lower end of the exhaust port.

Electricity storage module

The electric storage device includes an electrode assembly having a positive electrode and a negative electrode, a case for housing the electrode assembly, a pressure relief valve, and positive and negative electrode conductive members that are electrically connected to the respective corresponding electrodes. The case has a wall in which the pressure relief valve is disposed. At least one of the positive and negative electrode conductive members includes an interposing portion located between the inner surface of the wall and an end face of the electrode assembly facing the inner surface, and a shielding portion located closer to the end face of the electrode assembly than the interposing portion.
