The sound insulation cover includes: a cover memberthat is externally mounted on an exhaust manifold and that insulates transmission of noises to the outside; and a fixing meansthat is combined with an openingformed in the cover memberin correspondence to a fixing portionof the exhaust manifold and that fixes the cover memberto the fixing portionof the exhaust manifold. The fixing meanshas: a ring-shaped cover holding platefixed to the cover memberalong the edge portion of the openingof the cover member; and a disk-shaped platefixed to the fixing portionof the exhaust manifold. Sound insulation cover

To provide a seal layer-transferred metal gasket that can effectively prevent degradation in seal performance due to the wearing and peeling of the coating layer. A head gasket is interposed between a cylinder block and a cylinder head. In the metal gasket seal layers made by laminating a separation layer, a coating layer and an adhesive layer in this order from the bead sheet side is formed at least on the surface of the bead sheet facing the cylinder block and the cylinder head, and, in a state where the head gasket is interposed between the cylinder block and the cylinder head and the three objects are closely attached to each other, the adhesive layer is adhered to the seal target members, and at least some portions of the coating layer and adhesive layer are separated from the bead sheet with a boundary at the separation layer and then transferred to the seal areas of the cylinder block and cylinder head.
