A fixing member includes a first side, second side parallel to the first side, and face provided between the first side and second side and including an opening. The face is provided at a position separate from a line connecting between the first side and second side, first side is brought into line contact or point contact with the first structure, and second side is brought into line contact with an end part of a strain body constituting a strain sensor, the end part being provided on the first structure. A screw is inserted into the opening and is screwed into the first structure.

Strain sensor fixing device and torque sensor using the same

An elastic body is fixed to a main body and a movable body and is deformable according to the movement of the movable body. A strain sensor is provided on the elastic body and includes a strain body. The movable body includes an opening. The stopper member includes a first contact portion and a second contact portion provided inside the opening, whose distances from the opening are different from each other. The first contact portion is located in a direction in which the movable range of the strain body is great, and the second contact portion is located in a direction in which the movable range of the strain body is small.

Force sensor

A torque sensor which can improve detection accuracy is provided. The torque sensor includes a first structure, a second structure, a third structure provided between the first structure and the second structure and at least two sensor portions provided between the first structure and the second structure, and a stiffness of one of the first structure and the second structure, closer to the sensor portions is higher than that of the other one.

Torque sensor

A torque sensor includes a first structure, a second structure, a third structure provided between the first structure and the second structure, and at least two sensor units provided between the first structure and the second structure. A plurality of first contact portions having a structure integrated with the first structure is provided inside an outer peripheral portion of the first structure, first distal ends are arranged near the outer peripheral portion, and the first distal ends are in contact with a first attachment portion. A plurality of second contact portions having a structure integrated with the second structure is provided at a part of an inner peripheral portion of the second structure, second distal ends are arranged near the inner peripheral portion, and the second distal ends are in contact with a second attachment portion.

Torque sensor attachment structure

The object is to provide a mounting structure for a torque sensor capable of improving a detection accuracy of a torque sensor. A torque sensor includes a first structure, a second structure, a third structure provided between the first structure and the second structure, and at least two sensor units provided between the first structure and the second structure. A plurality of contact portions are provided on one of the first structure and the first attachment portion and one of the second structure and the second attachment portion, and are in contact with another of the first structure and the first attachment portion and another of the second structure and the second attachment portion.

Mounting structure for torque sensor

A highly accurate torque sensor is provided by reducing the size of the shape. A torque sensor comprises a fourth structure and a fifth structure provided between a first structure and a second structure, a first strain sensor provided on the fourth structure, and a second strain sensor provided on the fifth structure. Each of the fourth structure and the fifth structure comprises a first connection section connected to one end of the first strain sensor or the second strain sensor, a second connection section connected to the other end of the first strain sensor or the second strain sensor, and a third connection section and a fourth connection section provided between the first connection section and the second connection section and possessing stiffness lower than the first connection section and the second connection section.

Torque sensor having a strain sensor

A torque sensor which can detect a torque with high accuracy is provided. First structure and second structure are connected by a plurality of third structures. First and second strain sensors are connected between the first structure and the second structure. Each of the first and second strain sensors includes a strain body connected between the first structure and the second structure and a plurality of sensor elements provided on the strain body. The sensor elements are disposed in a region of one side of each of the first structure and the second structure with respect to a longitudinal central portion of the strain body, and the region on the one side is a region where there is only a little difference in strain between along a torque direction of the strain body and a torque-excepted direction.

In a force sensor according to one embodiment, a main body is cylindrical. A cylindrical movable body is movable with respect to the main body and includes at least three circular openings in the outer circumference thereof. A strain body is fixed to the main body and the movable body and is deformable according to the movement of the movable body. Strain sensors are provided on the strain body. A first stopper is arranged inside each of the openings and includes a first outer circumferential surface including a first outer diameter less than a diameter of the opening. Sealing members are configured to cover at least the openings and a movable part between the main body and the movable body.

Force sensor having a strain body

A torque sensor supporting device capable of preventing bending moment other than torque from occurring to a torque sensor and improving the detection accuracy of the torque sensor. A first supporting body is provided to a base serving as a first mounting section of a robot. A second supporting body is coupled to a second structure of a torque sensor including a first structure provided to the base, the second structure coupled to a first arm serving as a second mounting section, third structures provided between the first structure and the second structure, and at least two sensor sections provided between the first structure and the second structure. Rotating bodies are provided between the first supporting body and the second supporting body.

Torque sensor supporting device

An embodiment is to provide a strain sensor fixing device and torque sensor using the same capable of preventing the sensor performance from being deteriorated, and preventing the device configuration from being upsized, and further capable of securely fixing the strain sensor to a structure. A fixing member includes a first end and a second end. The first end is provided with a projection which contacts a first structure and the second end contacts a first end of a strain body provided on the first structure. A screw is inserted into the first structure and screwed into a part of the fixing member between the first end and the second end.

Force sensor for improving and preventing a broken strain body

A torque sensor includes a first region, a second region, a plurality of third regions connecting the first and second regions, a first strain generation part and a second strain generation part. The first strain generation part of which a first end is provided on the first region, and of which a first intermediate portion is provided on a second structure. The second strain generation part of which a third end is provided on the first region, of which a second intermediate portion is provided on the second region, and of which a fourth end is provided near a second end of the first strain generation part. A strain body provided with a resistor connects the second end of the first strain generation part and the fourth end of the second strain generation part.
