A circuit board includes a board body and pair of connection portions disposed at both ends of the board body. Each of the pair of connection portions is inserted into a connector. Each of the pair of connection portions includes a connection terminal electrically connected to the connector, and at least one of the pair of connection portions includes an extending portion extending from the connection terminal to an insertion leading end of the at least one of the pair of connection portion. The extending portion is disposed at a position to avoid a virtual line extending in an insertion direction through a position where the connector and the connection terminal are electrically connected.

In a vehicular camera apparatus, at least one imaging unit captures an image of a region located outside a vehicle, and a first housing configured to install the at least one imaging unit thereto. A housing assembly includes a second housing configured as a separate member from the first housing, and includes a vehicle attachment provided to the second housing and attached to a part of the vehicle. The housing assembly is configured to fixedly support the first housing between the part of the vehicle and the second housing while the vehicle attachment is attached to the part of the vehicle.

An imaging device includes a lens unit and a device body detachably joined with each other. A sense circuit for sensing a memory state of a memory transistor in a semiconductor memory device by determining whether the memory transistor is on or off is provided. The sense circuit includes a first load P-channel MOS transistor for supplying a first current to the memory transistor, a reference transistor capable of passing a second current same in magnitude as the on current of the memory transistor, and a second load P-channel MOS transistor for supplying the second current to the reference transistor, whereby the second load P-channel MOS transistor is operatively coupled to the first load P-channel MOS transistor.
