A molding compact for forming a transdermal absorption sheet on which a needle-shaped protruding part is arranged is a molding compact that is a laminate of: a first member having a needle-shaped recessed part formed on a front surface thereof, the needle-shaped recessed part being an inverse of the needle-shaped protruding part; a second member provided on a back surface of the first member, the second member being composed of a waterproof and moisture-permeable material; and a third member provided on a back surface of the second member, the third member being composed of a rigid body. Provided are a molding compact that makes it possible to prevent leakage of a drug-containing solution filled into the needle-shaped recessed part, and a manufacturing method for a transdermal absorption sheet using the molding compact.

A transdermal absorption sheet and a manufacturing method for the transdermal absorption sheet includes a laminating step of forming a multilayer film with a viscosity difference by forming, on a support, a lower layer containing a first transdermal absorption material and an upper layer containing a drug and a second transdermal absorption material and having a lower viscosity than the lower layer, a filling step of filling needle-like recessed portions corresponding to inverted needle-like protruding portions with a solution of the transdermal absorption material by pressing a mold in which the needle-like recessed portions are arranged in a two-dimensional array, against a surface of the multilayer film supported by the support to allow the multilayer film to flow, a solidifying step of solidifying the multilayer film with the mold pressed against the surface of the multilayer film, and a peeling-off step of peeling the solidified multilayer film from the mold.

Transdermal absorption sheet, and manufacturing method for the same

It is an object of the present invention to provide an immunochromatography method capable of measuring a sample in a low concentration range and a high concentration range by setting the measurable range of the sample much wider than the conventional measurable range. The present invention provides an immunochromatography method, which comprises: spreading a test substance, a first labeling substance modified with a first binding substance that binds to the test substance, and a second labeling substance modified with the first binding substance that binds to the test substance, which are in a mixed state, on an insoluble carrier; and capturing the test substance, the first labeling substance, and/or the second labeling substance at a reaction site on the insoluble carrier having a substance having ability to bind to the first binding substance that binds to the test substance, so as to detect the test substance, wherein the first labeling substance is a labeling substance that causes an amplification reaction, and the second labeling substance is a labeling substance that does not substantially influence on the amplification reaction.

Immunochromatography method

The present invention provides an immunochromatographic device, which contains the following (a) and (b): (a) a first device part holding a first insoluble carrier used for developing a complex formed with an analyte and a labeling substance comprising a metal labeled with a first binding substance that can bind to the analyte and capturing the analyte and the labeling substance at a reaction portion containing a second binding substance that can bind to the analyte, and (b) a second device part holding a second insoluble carrier used for developing a liquid and a third insoluble carrier used for absorbing a liquid, in such a way that the first insoluble carrier does not come into contact with the second insoluble carrier and the third insoluble carrier.

Immunochromatographic device

A device for assay can evenly develop solution, and performs highly accurate and sensitive measurement. A first device part () maintains a second insoluble carrier () and a third insoluble carrier () in such a manner that they overlap with each other at a detection portion () of a first insoluble carrier (). These three carriers (), () and () are housed not in contact with each other. A pressing unit () having a pressing surface () that is parallel to the detection portion () is provided on an inner surface of the second device part () facing the detection portion (). The pressing surface () is displaced by being pressed toward the detection portion (), and presses, from the upper side of the first insoluble carrier (), the second insoluble carrier () and the third insoluble carrier () onto the first insoluble carrier (). The first device part () and the second device part () are joined together.

Method and device for assay

A plurality of kinds of liquids, which are of at least three kinds, containing (a) a test body solution containing at least one kind of an analyte, and (b) at least two kinds of liquids selected from the group consisting of a reagent solution, an amplifying solution, and a detecting solution, are fed to a detection site containing a specific binding substance with respect to the analyte. A qualitative analysis or a quantitative analysis of the analyte contained in the test body solution is thereby performed. Directions of liquid feeding of all of the plurality of the kinds of the liquids vary from one another, and the plurality of the kinds of the liquids are caused to intersect with one another at the detection site.

Assay method

A object of the present invention is to provide an immunochromatography method that makes it possible to rapidly detect an ultratrace amount of an analyte that has been impossible to analyze by conventional immunochromatography methods. The present invention provides an immunochromatography method, which comprises developing an analyte and a labeling substance which is modified with a first binding substance against the analyte in a mixed state on a porous carrier and capturing the analyte and the label at a reaction site on the porous carrier having a second binding substance against the analyte or a substance capable of binding to the first binding substance against the analyte, so as to detect the analyte, wherein the labeling substance having an average particle size of 1 &#x3bc;m or more and 20 &#x3bc;m or less is detected.

The present invention provides a heat developable photosensitive material comprising at least a photosensitive silver halide, a non-photosensitive organic silver salt, a reducing agent for silver ions and binder on one surface of a support.

Heat developable photosensitive material

The present invention provides a photothermographic material having, on one side of a support, an image forming layer including at least a photosensitive silver halide, a non-photosensitive organic silver salt, a reducing agent for the organic silver salt, and a binder, and at least one non-photosensitive layer and, on the other side of the support, a non-photosensitive back layer, wherein a total amount of ammonia contained in the two sides is from 5&#xd7;10mol/mto 2&#xd7;10mol/m, and a molar ratio (A2/A1) of an ammonia content of the non-photosensitive back layer (A2) to an ammonia content of the layer on the image forming layer side (A1) is from 0.3 to 5.0; or a photothermographic material according to the above, wherein the non-photosensitive back layer includes an ammonium salt, and an ammonia content of the non-photosensitive back layer is from 2 mg/mto 100 mg/m.

Photothermographic material

An image forming method using a photothermographic material including, on at least one surface of a support, at least a photosensitive silver halide, a non-photosensitive organic silver salt, a reducing agent for silver ions, and a binder, in which (1) the photothermographic material is exposed and thermally developed during transportation at a transportation speed of 23 mm/sec or faster, (2) the non-photosensitive organic silver salt contains 30 mol % to 85 mol % of silver behenate and an amount of the time until a leading end of the photothermographic material reaches a thermal development station after a power source for ae thermal developing apparatus is turned on is 15 minutes or less, or (3) a coating amount of silver inf the photothermographic material is 1.9 g/mor less and a thermal development time is 12 sec or less.

Image forming method using photothermographic material

A decurl apparatus includes a heating device to heat an image recording carrier web at a constant temperature, which exceeds the glass transition temperature of a support for a constant time period; and a cooling device for subsequent cooling of the image recording carrier web to a temperature equal to or lower than the glass transition temperature, while the image recording carrier web maintains a predetermined shape. The heating device includes an induction-heated heating roller and holding rollers arranged at arbitrary angular positions with respect to the outer circumference of the heating roller. As a result, the image recording carrier web is reliably decurled by a simple construction without being influenced by a transfer velocity or the like.

Sheet material cutting method for cutting thermal imaging material

Provided is an image forming method including providing a photothermographic material having image forming layers containing at least a photosensitive silver halide, a non-photosensitive organic silver salt, a reducing agent, and a binder on both surfaces of a support, imagewise exposing the photothermographic material with a fluorescent intensifying screen, and thermally developing the photothermographic material in a thermal developing apparatus having a heating section, wherein the heating section has at least two heating means and a difference between a sensitivity when the photothermographic material is developed at 25&#xb0; C. and relative humidity of 75% and a sensitivity when the photothermographic material is developed at 25&#xb0; C. and relative humidity of 20% is 0.20 or less. An image forming method similar to that described above in which the photothermographic material has an antistatic layer is also provided.
