A mount structure for a two-way valve for a fuel tank of a small boat for improving mountability of the two-way valve while ensuring strength of the deck. The interior space of the boat, which is formed of a hull and a deck, is provided with an engine, a fuel tank, and a duct. One end of the duct is attached to the wall surface of the deck with a mount member. The two-way valve is connected to the breather hose of the fuel tank, and attached to the mount member at one end of the duct from the interior space of the boat. The mount member is integrally provided with a mount pipe for the tube which opens the two-way valve outside the deck.

The exhaust pipe is connected to the internal combustion engine behind the occupant seats. The exhaust pipe extends outward in the vehicle width direction from the internal combustion engine, thereafter, is bent substantially in a U-shape to extend inward in the vehicle width direction, and then extends substantially onto the center line of the vehicle body. A muffler is connected to the exhaust pipe.

A frame structure for a vehicle includes a vehicle body frame, a pair of occupant seats, and a center pipe. The vehicle body frame has a front-rear direction. The small boat is provided with a hull sponson at an outer periphery of the hull in order to fit the deck constituting an upper part of a boat body to the hull constituting a lower part of the boat body. A deck sponson is provided at an outer periphery of the deck, and the deck sponson is overlaid so as to bond with the hull sponson. The extent of projection of one member of the hull sponson and the deck sponson at the front section of the boat body is larger than the extent of projection of a member of the hull sponson and the deck sponson at a second member of the boat body. As a result, when the small boat is gliding and collides with a wave, the sponson prevents spray from the wave from splashing onto the deck.

A muffler support mechanism for a small boat is capable of reducing the number of parts required to fix a water muffler. The muffler support mechanism includes a second water muffler mounted on a left recess of a support plate. A bracing flotation member is mounted on an upper part of the rear half of the second water muffler. A bonding surface of a deck of the small boat is bonded to a bonding surface of the hull. As a result, an upper end of the bracing flotation member is pressed by the deck. The second water muffler is pushed into the left recess by the bracing flotation member.

The drive shaft supporting structure includes a shaft-supporting member for rotatably supporting a drive shaft inside of a hull, and an elongate cylindrical sleeve. The cylindrical sleeve is arranged between the shaft-supporting member and a hull opening which permits penetration of the drive shaft through the hull. The drive shaft supporting structure is configured in such a manner that a front end portion of the cylindrical sleeve is connected to the shaft-supporting member and a rear end portion of the cylindrical sleeve is connected to the hull opening.

Jet pump mounting structure of a small-sized boat including a front face of a thrust plate attached to a rear face of a front wall of a pump case, and a jet pump attached to a rear face of the thrust plate. The jet pump is arranged in the pump case. The front wall is formed at an up grade toward the rear of the hull, the front face of the thrust plate is formed at an up grade so that the front face is parallel to the front wall, and the rear face of the thrust plate is formed in parallel with a plane perpendicular to the axis of the jet pump.

A personal watercraft deck structure includes a deck, a rear portion opening provided continuously to the rear of a seat underlying opening in the deck, and a bridge member is removably attached at a boundary between the seat underlying opening and the rear portion opening (or at the rear portion opening). A rear portion of a seat is supported by the bridge member, while the rear portion opening is operatively closed with a rear cover. When maintenance of an engine and other equipment disposed within the deck structure is to be performed, the bridge member may be removed. As a result, the seat underlying opening and the rear portion opening are connected to each other and fully exposed, and therefore, a large opening can be obtained for facilitating maintenance of the engine and other equipment.
