An oxygen-absorbing container includes a container body having a multilayer structure constituted by an innermost layer, an outermost layer and an intermediate layer therebetween, the container body having an opening part on an upper part thereof; and a sealing member bonded to an upper end surface of the opening part of the container body to seal an opening of the opening part. The innermost layer and the intermediate layer are bent outward at an upper end of the opening part and form a flat part and a surface of the flat part forms the upper end surface of the opening part. When the sealing member is unsealed, part of the innermost layer on the upper end surface of the opening part is configured to be peeled off so as to leave an unsealed mark.

The present invention provides an oxygen-absorbing resin composition having a satisfactory oxygen absorption performance and suppressing the occurrence of odor after oxygen absorption, even in an aspect substantially containing no photoinitiator, and an oxygen-absorbing multilayer body using the oxygen-absorbing resin composition. An oxygen-absorbing resin composition initiating oxygen absorption by irradiation with an energy ray, the composition including an easily oxidizable thermoplastic resin and a transition metal catalyst, and wherein the easily oxidizable thermoplastic resin includes a polybutadiene (X) and a resin (Y) having carbon-carbon double bonds and the constitutional unit of the following general formula (1): (wherein Rto Reach represent &#x2014;H, &#x2014;CH, &#x2014;CHR, &#x2014;CHR, &#x2014;CR, &#x2014;OR, &#x2014;COOR, &#x2014;SiR, &#x2014;O&#x2014;SiR, &#x2014;COCl or a halogen atom, and may be the same as each other or different from each other, and R represents a linear or cyclic alkyl, alkenyl, halogenated alkyl, halogenated alkenyl or aryl group.)
