Provided is a device for testing solubility of drugs in gastrointestinal tract. The device for testing solubility includes: a plurality of vessels respectively corresponding to gastrointestinal tract of a living body; digestive juice supply devices supplying digestive juice to the vessel requiring the supply of the digestive juice; liquid delivery paths each being provided between the vessels and extending from an upstream-side vessel to a downstream-side vessel; delivery driving sources applying a fluid force to a mixed liquid of the digestive juice and an oral drug in the liquid delivery paths; and a control device controlling delivery speeds of the delivery driving sources according to a temporal change of a flow rate from an upstream side to a downstream side of the gastrointestinal tract of the living body.

Device for testing solubility of drugs in gastrointestinal tract

One object is to provide an electron beam sterilization apparatus including: an inner-surface sterilization chamber () including an inner-surface electron beam application device; and a blocking chamber () for receiving a preform product (P) from the inner-surface sterilization chamber () and blocking X-rays produced by application of the electron beam. The blocking chamber () includes an upstream opening () and a downstream opening () formed therein, the preform product (P) being received through the upstream opening () and transferred through the downstream opening (). The blocking chamber () includes: a gripper () for gripping the preform product (P); a sterilized rotation table () for conveying the gripped preform product (P) in a circular path; and a blocking wall () not in contact with the sterilized rotation table () and configured to block the X-rays.

Electron beam sterilization apparatus

Electron beams are irradiated to substantially identical sterilization surfaces on a container from a first upstream electron-beam irradiating device and a first downstream electron-beam irradiating device that are spaced with a predetermined distance upstream and downstream on a container carrier path. A sterilization controller controls the sum of electron beam outputs irradiated from the upstream electron-beam irradiating device and the downstream electron-beam irradiating device so as to allow sterilization on the sterilization surfaces of the container.

An electron beam irradiation apparatus that emits an electron beam into a container, the electron beam irradiation apparatus including: a vacuum housing constituting a vacuum chamber; an electron generator provided in the vacuum housing; a cylindrical nozzle member that is extended from the vacuum housing so as to be inserted into the container and has exit windows on the distal end of the nozzle member, the exit windows being provided for emission of an electron beam generated by the electron generator into the container; and a magnetic shield member for the vacuum chamber and a magnetic shield member for the nozzle member, the magnetic shield members being respectively provided for the vacuum housing and the nozzle member so as to block variable magnetism generated around an electron beam trajectory extended from the electron generator to the exit windows.

In the measurement of an oxygen concentration, the affixing plates are brought close to each other, the thickness of a gas phase portion is kept constant, and air is removed between the end faces of the emitting section and the receiving section and the surfaces of the container.
