An automatic door system is configured to allow a signal to unfailingly reach a smartphone or the like carried by a customer in various places. The automatic door system includes a BLE module configured such that, in a predetermined direction from a surface of a door, a signal that contains information based on which the BLE module can be identified transmitted from the BLE module reaches an area beyond a person sensing area covered by a sensor.

An active object detection sensor is provided which allows an installation worker to easily adjust a detection area, and further identify an optimum position of a guide mark in a touch detection area. The active object detection sensor used for opening/closing of automatic an opening/closing unit () includes: an object determination unit () that during an operation mode determines that an object is in a detection area (A) when a detection level of a detection beam received by a receiver () exceeds an operation threshold to output an object detection signal; and a detection level indication unit () that during an adjustment mode indicates the detection level of the detection beam received by the receiver ().

Active object detection sensor

There is provided an automatic door sensor device () capable of preventing a door () which is transitioning from an open position to a closed position from being erroneously detected as an object by temporarily changing a detection area (A, C, C). The automatic door sensor device () includes a doorway area sensor () that detects the presence of an object in a doorway area (B) which includes at least a portion of an area defined by the path of a door (), detectors () that detect the presence and/or the movement of an object in changeable detection areas (A, C, C), and a detection area changer () that changes the detection areas (A, C, C) when it is determined, by using the doorway area sensor (), that the door () is transitioning from an open position to a closed position.

Automatic door sensor device

An optical divider is disposed, in front of at least one of the transmitter and receiver elements, therebetween, and at least one of a transmission and reception side, and has a plurality of optical dividing pieces each having an optical deflection surface on which an angle of a detection ray is varied to a plurality of angles for dividing the detection ray toward a plurality of division areas. The optical deflection surface on at least one of the transmission and reception side is set to have a given angle, to assign at least one of the detection ray from the transmitter elements and toward the receiver elements, to a given division area, such that a combination of the transmitter and receiver elements forming one of the division areas is different from a combination of the transmitter and receiver elements forming another one of the division areas.

Transmitter elements to transmit a detection ray for object detection, to a transmission area, receiver elements to receive, from a reception area, the detection ray reflected by an object, and a transmission-side optical divider and a reception-side optical divider, disposed in front of the transmitter elements and the receiver elements, respectively, which includes optical dividing pieces having optical deflection surfaces on which a traveling direction angle of the detection ray is varied to angles so as to correspond to division areas, are provided. In the optical dividers, a ratio of an area of a second optical deflection surface that forms a division area that is closer to the sensor, relative to an area of a first optical deflection surface that forms a division area that is farther from the sensor, is set so as to be different between a transmission side and a reception side.

An automatic door sensor includes: at least one sensor module unit (sensor module) configured to detect optically an object or a human body and to output, according to the detection results, a signal to a door controller for controlling an automatic door to open/close; an accommodation unit (profile) capable of accommodating the at least one sensor module unit; a cover member (front cover) that is transmissive to light for use for the detection performed by the sensor module unit and configured to cover the accommodation unit in which the sensor module unit is accommodated; and a functionality expansion module (LED module) either side of which can be joined to the cover member and that is configured to expand functionalities of the automatic door sensor by performing communication with the sensor module unit.

A negative ion generating medium for generating negative ions from the surface of a mother material made of aluminum or aluminum alloy. The negative ion generating medium has the mother material of aluminum or aluminum alloy covered at the surface with an anodized layer on which a rare metal separated from a rare metal solution such as zirconium salt is deposited. As the rare metal is deposited in the pores provided in the anodized layer, its negative ion generating area can be increased thus releasing a large number of negative ions. The negative ion generating medium is manufactured by electrolytically processing the mother material in an electrolyte solution of sulfuric acid doped with a rare metal salt such as lithium salt to develop the anodized layer on the surface of the mother material and deposit the rare metal on the anodized layer.
