In the present invention, an FE device and a BE device communicate using two wireless communication routes in a separate state. Approaching of each device is determined in both devices immediately prior to a docking state by monitoring of a wireless communication state. Wireless communication between the two devices is then stopped, and both devices enter a freeze state (operation-limited state). When the docking state is then formed, wired communication is established between both devices. Then, when an unfreeze input occurs, both devices return to a normal operation state. Both devices temporarily enter the freeze state also when a state change from the docking state to the separate state occurs.

Ultrasonic diagnostic system

In an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, a scan converter module generates display frame data from received frame data using a conversation table adapted to the specific display resolution of a display device. Received frame data is stored in a first frame memory, and display frame data is stored in a second frame memory. A control unit selects the conversion table corresponding to the specific display resolution of the display device from among a group of conversion tables. An address converter generates an address set corresponding to a display address using the selected conversion table. Interpolation is then performed based on the echo data specified by this.

Ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus

An ultrasound diagnosis apparatus comprises a cine-memory for temporarily storing a frame line obtained by transmitting and receiving ultrasound. In a stress echo test, the storage region of the cine-memory is divided into the same number of segments as the number of capturing processes (i.e. the number of scenes). Each segment is used as a ring-buffer, and one or a plurality of frame blocks (one or a plurality of moving images) are stored in the corresponding segment in each capturing process. Prior to execution of a plurality of capturing processes, the number of heart beats indicative of the data amount which can be stored in each segment is obtained and the information is then provided to a user.
