A core electric wire for a multicore cable. The core electric wire includes a conductor composed of a plurality of elemental wires twisted together and an insulating layer coating a circumference of the conductor. The insulating layer includes a first component and a second component, the first component being high density polyethylene, the second component being at least one selected from the group consisting of a copolymer of ethylene and an α-olefin having a carbonyl group, and very-low density polyethylene. The first component has a content ratio of 10% by mass or more and 60% by mass or less to a total content of the polyethylene-based resin, and the second component has a content ratio of 20% by mass or more and 80% by mass or less to the total content of the polyethylene-based resin.

Core electric wire for multicore cable, and multicore cable

A multicore cable includes a plurality of covered wires having a lubricant powder provided on surfaces thereof, and an outer sheath layer covering outer surfaces of the plurality of covered wires. The outer surfaces of the plurality of covered wires, and the outer sheath layer, make contact with one another via the lubricant powder. A coverage of the outer surfaces of the plurality of covered wires by the lubricant powder is greater than or equal to 15%.

Multicore cable

An insulated electric cable including: two first core wires, each of the two first core wires including: a first conductor; and a first insulating layer covering the first conductor; and two second core wires, each of the two second core wires including: a second conductor having a cross-sectional area smaller than that of the first conductor; and a second insulating layer covering the second conductor; wherein the two second core wires are mutually stranded to form a subunit, and wherein one of the two first core wires, another of the two first core wires, and the subunit are mutually stranded and are in contact with each other to form a core member.

Insulated electric cable

The cable according to one embodiment of the invention comprises: one or a plurality of core members, each having a conductor and an insulation cover material covering the conductor; and a sheath layer covering the one or the plurality of core members. The sheath layer comprises an inner sheath layer, and an outer sheath layer covering the inner sheath layer. The inner sheath layer comprises a crosslinked very low density polyethylene. The main component of the outer sheath layer is polyurethane. Relative to 100 parts by mass of resin component in the inner sheath layer, the very low density polyethylene content is between 20 parts by mass and 100 parts by mass inclusive. The elastic modulus of the inner sheath layer at 25&#xb0; C. is between 5 MPa and 30 MPa inclusive.

Cable

An electronic wire and a cable which are excellent in bending resistance even when a diameter is small. The electronic wire has a conductor and a resin insulating layer coated on the conductor. The conductor is a double twisted wire in which twisted wires formed by twisting a plurality of wires are twisted, a diameter of the wire is 0.05 mm or more and 0.2 mm or less, a cross-sectional area of the conductor is 1.0 mmor more and 3.0 mmor less, a breaking elongation of the conductor is 10% or more and 17% or less, a tensile strength of the conductor is 200 MPa or more and 400 MPa or less, and the insulating layer is disposed to be in close contact with the conductor and has a solid structure.

Electronic wire and cable

A composite cable that enables to easily restrain falling-off of separator dust at the time of peeling off a sheath, in comparison with composite cables in the conventional art. The composite cable includes a plurality of wires, a separator that covers the outer circumference of the plurality of wires all together, a sheath that covers the outer circumference of the separator, and an inclusion that is interposed between the separator and the sheath. The separator has a base layer composed of a polymer and an adhesive layer formed on the surface of the base layer on the inclusion side. In the composite cable, the adhesive layer is adhered to the inclusion.

Composite cable

Provided is an insulated electrical cable including: a core wire made up of at least one insulated wire including a conductor and an insulating layer covering the conductor; an inner sheath layer covering the core wire; and an outer sheath layer covering the inner sheath layer. The inner sheath layer has an elastic modulus A at &#x2212;30&#xb0; C. in a range from 10 MPa to 1000 MPa.

Insulated electrical cable with inner sheath layer

A core wire for multi-core cables includes a conductor obtained by twisting a plurality of elemental wires, and an insulating layer coated on an outer peripheral surface of the conductor. The insulating layer contains polyethylene-based resin as a main component, and the product of a linear expansion coefficient C1 of the insulating layer in the range of 25&#xb0; C. to &#x2212;35&#xb0; C. and an elastic modulus E1 at &#x2212;35&#xb0; C., namely (C1&#xd7;E1), is 0.01 MPaKor more and 0.90 MPaKor less. The melting point of the polyethylene-based resin is 80&#xb0; C. or higher and 130&#xb0; C. or lower.

Core wire for multi-core cables and multi-core cable

An automobile architecture includes a composite cable, a main electronic control unit, a subsidiary electronic control unit, a motor sensor, and a wheel velocity sensor. In the architecture, the composite cable connects the main electronic control unit and the subsidiary electronic control unit, and the motor sensor and the wheel velocity sensor are connected to the subsidiary electronic control unit.

Automobile architecture

A composite cable which makes it possible to improve disconnection resistance of a signal line. The composite cable includes a signal line part, a pair of power supply lines, and a sheath. The signal line part is composed of a first signal line and a second signal line twisted together. Each of the first signal line and the second signal line is composed of a pair of wires twisted together. The sheath covers an outer circumference of a wire bundle composed of the signal line part and a pair of power supply lines, the signal line part and the pair of power supply lines being twisted together. The signal line part is covered with a shield conductor formed of a conductive element wire spirally wound around the outer circumference of the signal line part.

Composite cable with inclusion interposed between separator and sheath

An object of the present disclosure is to provide a core electric wire for a multi-core cable that is superior in flex resistance at low temperature, and a multi-core cable employing the same. A core electric wire for a multi-core cable according to an aspect of the present disclosure comprises a conductor obtained by twisting element wires, and an insulating layer covering the conductor, wherein a linear expansion coefficient C of the insulating layer at from 25&#xb0; C. to &#x2212;35&#xb0; C. is no less than 1&#xd7;10Kand no greater than 2.5&#xd7;10K.

Core electric wire for multi-core cable and multi-core cable

A multi-core flat cable for a vehicle includes a sheath covering two power wires and at least two signal wires. A pair of the signal wires is twisted and is configured as one twisted pair of signal wires. On a section perpendicular to a longitudinal direction, a ratio (long-axis dimension/short-axis dimension) of a long-axis dimension to a short-axis dimension is equal to or greater than 1.8.

Multi-core flat cable for vehicle

A core wire for multi-core cables includes a conductor obtained by twisting a plurality of elemental wires, and an insulating layer coated on an outer peripheral surface of the conductor. The insulating layer contains polyethylene-based resin as a main component, and the product of a linear expansion coefficient C1 of the insulating layer in the range of 25&#xb0; C. to &#x2212;35&#xb0; C. and an elastic modulus E1 at &#x2212;35&#xb0; C., namely (C1&#xd7;E1) is 0.01 MPaKor more and 0.90 MPaKor less. The melting point of the polyethylene-based resin is 80&#xb0; C. or higher and 130&#xb0; C. or lower.
