A virtual environment system comprises one or more processors. At least one of the processors executes a process of downloading, by a first Pod of a plurality of Pods, a file from a first download path written in a management file. At least one of the processors executes a process of, when a description indicating that the file has been downloaded to any of the plurality of Pods is not included in the management file, changing, by the first Pod, a second download path written in the management file to a path of the first Pod in which the file is stored. At least one of the processors executes a process of downloading, by a second Pod different from the first Pod of the plurality of Pods, the file from the first Pod by referring to the management file.

Effectively downloading large files for virtual environment

A file distribution system provided with a file distribution apparatus and a file reception apparatus, wherein: the file distribution apparatus has one or more first processors; and the one or more first processors execute a process including transmitting, to the file reception apparatus, multiple layers included in a first file to be distributed to the file reception apparatus, and among multiple layers included in a second file to be distributed to the file reception apparatus, a layer other than a common layer that is included in common in the first file and the second file.

Improving efficiency of file distribution

The communication network system according to the present disclosure comprises: a life cycle manager (LCM) that transmits a request for virtual network function (VNF) setting to one or more clouds; and a cloud adapter that mediates communication between the LCM and the cloud to which the request is addressed, The cloud adapter creates, based on a response to the request from the cloud to which the request is addressed, a common-format management ID independent of the type of the cloud to which the request is addressed, and transmits the management ID to the LCM. The LCM may transmit a query regarding a processing status of the request to the cloud adapter, including the management ID. The cloud adapter may recognize the cloud to which the query is addressed on the basis of the management ID and query the cloud to which the query is addressed such that the cloud returns the processing status.
