A relieve valve device includes a housing including a valve chamber, an orifice, and a relief discharge port, a valve body that opens and closes the relief discharge port while moving inside the valve chamber of the housing, a relief valve including an elastic member that elastically biases the valve body in a direction in which the valve body closes the relief discharge port, and an oil control valve that controls a supply of oil into the valve chamber. An inlet port for the oil supplied from the oil control valve and the orifice are configured such that the oil can always circulate in the valve chamber. The valve chamber includes a first valve passage portion including the orifice, and a second valve passage portion. The valve body includes a first valve portion and a second valve portion arranged in an axial direction.

Relief valve device

[Problem] To provide a relief device for an oil circuit of an engine provided with an oil pressure relief valve and a temperature-sensitive relief valve, with which it is possible for oil to be relieved (expelled) at the intended pressure regardless of the oil temperature, and with which it is possible to simplify the configuration. [Solution] The relief device comprises an oil pump (), an upstream channel () provided from a discharge side of the oil pump () to an engine (E), an oil pressure relief valve (A) for relieving oil due to the valve body being moved by oil pressure, and a temperature-sensitive relief valve (B) for relieving oil by sensing the oil temperature and continuously opening and closing. The oil pressure relief valve (A) and the temperature-sensitive relief valve (B) are arranged in parallel in the upstream channel ().

Relief device of oil circuit of engine

A relief device for an oil pump includes a relief valve including a small diameter valve chamber and a large diameter valve chamber and a valve housing that includes a relief discharge section, a temperature sensitive valve, an oil pump, a main channel, a relief channel, and an auxiliary channel. The relief channel causes one side of the small diameter valve chamber and the large diameter valve chamber and the oil pump to always communicate with each other and enables oil to be discharged from the relief discharge section. The auxiliary channel enables the other one side of the small diameter valve chamber and the large diameter valve chamber and the oil pump to communicate with each other. The temperature sensitive valve is included in the auxiliary channel.

The internal gear pump according to the present invention includes: an inner rotor; an outer rotor that rotates with predetermined eccentricity to a rotation center of the inner rotor; an outer ring that rotatably holds the outer rotor, and has at least three cam protruded parts formed; a pump housing that has a rotor chamber; pins in the same number as that of the cam protruded parts; and operation means for oscillating the outer ring. Positions of the pins are set so that a diameter center of the holding-inner peripheral part of the outer ring is moved by the operation means along a locus of a circle, the radius of which is the eccentricity to the rotation center of the inner rotor.

An oil pump structure including: an oil pump having a first hydraulic control chamber and a second hydraulic control chamber; a hydraulic control valve having a valve operating oil passage, a first inflow passage, a second inflow passage, a first outflow passage, a second outflow passage and a drain flow passage; and an oil circuit, wherein the hydraulic control valve is connected to a branching flow passage of the oil circuit; a spool valve body of the hydraulic control valve has a front valve section, a rear valve section and an intermediate valve section, which are formed perpendicularly to the axial direction of a connecting shaft; an axial-direction dimension of the intermediate valve section is larger than an axial-direction dimension of the second outflow passage; the second outflow passage and the drain flow passage are both accommodated temporarily between the intermediate valve section and the front valve section due to movement of the spool valve body; and in the hydraulic control valve, a control hydraulic pressure is applied at all times to the first hydraulic control chamber, and the control hydraulic pressure is increased and decreased in the second hydraulic control chamber.

Oil pump structure

The internal gear pump includes: an inner rotor; an outer rotor that rotates by having predetermined eccentricity to a rotation center of the inner rotor; an outer ring that holds the outer rotor in a freely rotatable state, and is also formed with at least three cam protruded parts; a pump housing having a rotor chamber; protruded-wall surface parts that are formed on an inner periphery side surface of the rotor chamber and are also formed in the same number as that of the cam protruded parts; and operation means for oscillating the outer ring. A diameter center of the holding-inner peripheral part of the outer ring is moved by the operation means along a locus of a circle of which a radius is the eccentricity to the rotation center of the inner rotor.

Internal gear pump

A control valve have a main channel, a channel cross section adjustment spool, a downstream side branching channel, a communication channel, a channel open and close spool, a channel open and close valve, and a upstream side branching channel. In a low rotation speed region of an engine, the channel open and close valve blocks the communication channel. In a medium rotation speed region, the channel open and close spool allows the communication between the downstream side branching channel and the communication channel, and the channel open and close valve allows the communication channel to communicate to slide and move the channel cross section adjustment spool in a direction. In a high rotation speed region, the channel open and close spool blocks the communication between the downstream side branching channel.

Control valve

A control valve have a main flow passage; a flow passage sectional area adjustment spool; a downstream side branch flow passage; a communicating flow passage; a flow passage opening/closing valve; a flow passage opening/closing spool; and an upstream side branch flow passage. The flow passage opening/closing valve cuts off the downstream side branch flow passage from the communicating flow passage in a low rotation region of an engine. In a medium rotation region, the flow passage opening/closing valve connects the downstream side branch flow passage to the communicating flow passage and the flow passage opening/closing spool allows the communicating flow passage to communicate. In a high rotation region, the flow passage opening/closing spool blocks the communicating flow passage.

A oil pump includes a pump housing in which a first partitioning section is formed between a trailing end section of the intake port and a leading end section of the discharge port, and a second partitioning section is formed between a trailing end section of a discharge port and a leading end section of an intake port. A width dimension of the second partitioning section is the same as or larger than the formation range of a space between teeth which is constituted by an inner rotor and an outer rotor passing the second partitioning section during low-speed rotation. A protruding surface section is formed in the same plane as and continuously with the second partitioning section from the vicinity of an inner diameter side of the trailing end section of the discharge port.

Variable oil pump with improved partitioning section

An engine lubrication control system includes an engine, an oil pump which is driven by the engine, an oil circuit which extends downstream from the oil pump, and a plurality of oil branch supply paths which branch from the oil circuit and supply oil to each part of the engine. An electronically-controlled first hydraulic control valve which controls, in a stepwise manner, a discharge pressure of the oil pump relative to a speed of the engine is disposed on the oil circuit, a hydraulically-driven second hydraulic control valve is disposed on at least one of the plurality of oil branch supply paths, and a downstream hydraulic pressure of the second hydraulic control valve is controlled to be lower than a downstream hydraulic pressure of the first hydraulic control valve of the oil circuit at least across a predetermined engine speed range.

Engine lubrication control system

The present invention provides an engine lubrication control system including an engine, an oil pump which is driven by the engine, an oil circuit which extends downstream from the oil pump, and a plurality of oil branch supply paths which branch from the oil circuit and supply oil to each part of the engine. An electronically-controlled first hydraulic control valve which controls, in a stepwise manner, a discharge pressure of the oil pump relative to a speed of the engine is disposed on the oil circuit, a hydraulically-driven second hydraulic control valve is disposed on at least one of the plurality of oil branch supply paths, and a downstream hydraulic pressure of the second hydraulic control valve is controlled to be lower than a downstream hydraulic pressure of the first hydraulic control valve of the oil circuit at least across a predetermined engine speed range.

A rotor for an oil pump according to the present invention is a rotor that includes an inner rotor configured by teeth, each of which has a plurality of ellipses or circles, and an outer rotor that is disposed on the outside of the inner rotor and has one tooth more than the inner rotor, wherein, in a tooth of the inner rotor, a tooth top and a tooth root of a drive-side half-tooth region extending from the tooth top to the tooth root and a tooth top and a tooth root of a non-drive-side half-tooth region extending from the tooth top to the tooth root are each configured by a different ellipse or a circle. A circumferential axis along a circumferential direction of the ellipse or circle configuring the tooth top is longer in the non-drive-side half-tooth region than in the drive-side half-tooth region.

The invention has: a housing; a pump section formed of a drive gear unit and a driven gear unit; a main flow channel through which oil pressure is applied to the driven gear unit in a discharge volume reduction direction; a first branching flow channel through which oil pressure that assists oil pressure from the main flow channel is applied; a second branching flow channel through which oil pressure is applied to the driven gear unit in a discharge increase direction; a first flow channel control section; a second flow channel control section; and a spring that elastically urges the driven gear unit in a discharge increase direction. The first flow channel control section and the second flow channel control section can perform switching control in accordance with each increase or decrease of engine revolutions and in pressure.

Pump device

The invention provides an oil pump resonator in which various vibrations caused by pulsations that change in response to changes in oil pressure on a discharge port side can be attenuated by a resonator that comprises only one chamber, whereby the volume occupied by the resonator can be minimized. An oil pump in an engine, for feeding oil from a suction port to a discharge port through rotation of a rotor fitted in a pump housing, includes: a discharge flow channel communicating with the discharge port; a resonator comprising an introduction channel formed in the discharge flow channel and a chamber communicating with the introduction channel; and a piston having a leading end face section that makes up an inner wall face of the chamber, and reciprocating in response to pulsation changes. The piston slides so as to reduce the volume of the chamber as the frequency distribution of the pulsations becomes higher.
