A transparent electrode has excellent adhesion between a substrate and a conductive layer. A transparent electrode includes a substrate, an underlying layer, and a conductive layer sequentially stacked. The underlying layer contains at least one selected from a compound having a thiol group and a poly(meth)acrylate and a poly(meth)acrylamide each having an aminoethyl group.

Transparent electrode and organic electronic device including the same

An object of the present invention is to provide a transparent organic electroluminescence element in which durability is excellent, a transparent lead-out electrode of low resistance is provided, and there is no uncomfortable feeling in visibility of the entire element. The transparent organic electroluminescence element according to the present invention is a transparent organic electroluminescence element including: at least an organic electroluminescence element portion and a lead-out electrode portion, in which two-sided light emission is capable of being performed, wherein a total light transmittance (%) of the lead-out electrode portion in a visible light range is in a range of 90% to 110%, with respect to a total light transmittance (%) of the organic electroluminescence element portion in a visible light range at the time of non-light emission.

Transparent organic electroluminescence element

A transparent electrode () comprises a transparent substrate (); a metal conductive layer () composed of a metal thin line pattern; and a polymer conductive layer () including a conductive polymer containing a polymer acid. The metal conductive layer () is formed on/over the transparent substrate () and the metal conductive layer () is covered with the polymer conductive layer (). The polymer conductive layer () has a surface specific resistance of 10,000&#x3a9;/&#x25a1; or smaller and the polymer acid contains a fluorinated polymer acid and a non-fluorinated polymer acid. In the polymer conductive layer () a concentration of the fluorinated polymer acid increases along a direction from the transparent substrate () towards the polymer conductive layer ().

Transparent electrode, organic electronic element, and method for producing transparent electrode

A method for forming a transparent electrode includes a step of forming a thin metal wire on a transparent substrate; and a step of forming a transparent conductive layer on the transparent substrate and the thin metal wire. The step of forming the transparent conductive layer is a step of forming the transparent conductive layer by applying an application liquid onto the transparent substrate and the thin metal wire by printing. The application liquid is composed of a conductive polymer, a water-soluble binder having a structural unit represented by the following general formula (I), a polar solvent having a log P value of &#x2212;1.50 to &#x2212;0.45, and 5.0 to 25 mass % of a glycol ether. 

Method for manufacturing transparent electrode

A composition for forming a transparent electrode is to form a conductive polymer layer on a transparent substrate. The composition includes: a conductive polymer; a self-dispersing polymer dispersible in an aqueous solvent; water; a polar solvent other than water; and a glycol ether. The self-dispersing polymer is a self-dispersing polymer containing a dissociable group and having a glass transition temperature of 25&#xb0; C. or more and 80&#xb0; C. or less.

Organic electronic device and method of manufacturing the same

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a transparent surface electrode that maintains high transparency, suppresses the occurrence of leak currents, and has superior storage stability and resistance to damage by bending, a method for manufacturing the same, and an organic electronic element using the same. This transparent surface electrode has a metal pattern conductive layer that contains a metal on a transparent base material, and the transparent surface electrode also has a transparent polymer conductive layer, which contains that base material and a conductive polymer, on that metal pattern conductive layer. The transparent surface electrode is characterized by the surface roughness (Ra (surface roughness provided for by JIS, B601 (1994))) of the metal pattern conductive layer being 20 nm or less, and the polymer conductive layer containing a non-conductive polymer having a hydroxyl group.
