A heat-shrinkable laminated film having: (A) layer mainly having a polyester series resin; (C) layer mainly having a polystyrene series resin or mixture of polyester series and polystyrene series resins; and (B) layer mainly having polyester series and polystyrene series resins and disposed between (A) and (C) layers, the film having excellent heat-shrinkability, transparency, and interlayer-adhesiveness at room temperature, not easily peeled in a high-temperature treatment, inhibited from whitening when bent during processing, and suitable for shrinkage-packaging, shrink-bond-packaging, etc., with (B) layer having: a hard polyester series resin or mixture of hard polyester series and soft polyester series resins; and soft styrene series resin, hard styrene series resin, or mixture thereof, or with a content of the (B) layer polyester series resin smaller than that of the (A) layer one, and a content of the (C) layer polyester series resin smaller than that of the (B) layer one.

The purpose is to provide a porous polyolefin resin film which has high gas permeability and a high porosity, and which can exhibit excellent properties including break down properties when used as a separator for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery. The present invention relates to a porous polyolefin resin film which is produced from a resin composition (a) containing a polyolefin resin as the main component and additionally containing organic-inorganic hybrid particles (f).

A heat-shrinkable film having a layer made of a mixed resin containing a polylactic acid resin and a polyolefin resin as the main components, wherein the mass ratio of the polylactic acid resin and the polyolefin resin is 95/5 to 50/50, the polylactic acid resin is a copolymer of D-lactic acid and L-lactic acid or a mixed resin of the copolymer, the D/L ratio of D-lactic acid and L-lactic acid is 3/97 to 15/85 or 85/15 to 97/3, the storage elastic modulus of the polyolefin resin or the soft acrylic resin at 20&#xb0; C. is &#x2266;100 MPa as measured at an oscillation frequency of 10 Hz and a strain of 0.1%, the film is stretched in at least one direction, and the heat shrinkage ratio of the film in the main shrinking direction is &#x2267;20% as measured after the film is immersed in 80&#xb0; C. water for 10 seconds.
