The insulating layer includes grooves recessed in a surface of the insulating layer. The grooves include first grooves and the second grooves. The first grooves extend in a first direction. The second grooves are arranged in line in a second direction intersecting the first direction. The second grooves are recessed to the conductive layer. The first and the second grooves are filled with conductive materials. The conductive materials in the first grooves form first lines. The conductive materials in the second grooves form second lines. The first lines are configured for detection of a position of touch in the second direction. The second lines are configured for detection of a position of the touch in the first direction.
