An all-solid battery includes: a multilayer structure that includes a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes, and has a first side face and a second side face adjacent to each other, the plurality of first electrodes and the plurality of second electrodes being alternately stacked with solid electrolyte layers interposed between the plurality of first electrodes and the plurality of second electrodes; a first extraction part exposed on the first side face, the first extraction part being a part of the first electrode; a second extraction part exposed on the second side face, the second extraction part being a part of the second electrode; a first external electrode coupled to the first extraction part on the first side face; and a second external electrode coupled to the second extraction part on the second side face.

An all solid battery includes: a solid electrolyte layer including a glass component, a main component of the solid electrolyte layer being phosphoric acid salt-based solid electrolyte; and electrode layers that are provided on both main faces of the solid electrolyte layer, wherein the electrode layers include a carbon material having an average particle diameter of 40 nm or more and 120 nm or less, wherein a DBP oil absorption of the carbon material is 200 mL/100 g or less.

An all solid battery includes: a multilayer chip in which each of solid electrolyte layers and each of electrodes are alternately stacked, a main component of the solid electrolyte layers being phosphoric acid salt-based solid electrolyte, the plurality of electrodes being alternately exposed to a first end face and a second end face of the multilayer chip, a first external electrode provided on the first end face; a second external electrode provided on the second end face; and wherein L/W is 0.2 or more and 1.1 or less, when a length of the multilayer chip in a first direction in which the first end face faces with the second end face is L, and a width of the multilayer chip in a second direction that is vertical to the first direction and a stacking direction of the multilayer chip is W.

An all solid battery includes: a solid electrolyte layer; a first electrode layer that is formed on a first main face of the solid electrolyte layer; a first electric collector layer that is formed on a face of the first electrode layer, the face being opposite to the first main face; a second electrode layer that is formed on a second main face of the solid electrolyte layer; and a second electric collector layer that is formed on a face of the second electrolyte layer, the face being opposite to the second main face, wherein at least one of the first electric collector layer and the second electric collector layer includes Pd and board-shaped graphite carbon, wherein a volume ratio of Pd and the board-shaped graphite carbon in the at least one of the first electric collector layer and the second electric collector layer is 20:80 to 80:20.

An all solid battery includes: a solid electrolyte layer including phosphoric acid salt-based solid electrolyte; a first electrode that is formed on a first main face of the solid electrolyte layer; and a second electrode that is formed on a second main face of the solid electrolyte layer, wherein a D50% grain diameter of crystal grains of the phosphoric acid salt-based solid electrolyte is 0.5 &#x3bc;m or less, wherein a D90% grain diameter of the crystal grains is 3 &#x3bc;m or less.

An all solid battery includes: a solid electrolyte layer including solid electrolyte; a first electrode layer that is formed on a first main face of the solid electrolyte layer and includes an active material; and a second electrode layer that is formed on a second main face of the solid electrolyte layer and includes an active material, wherein the solid electrolyte layer includes polymer solid electrolyte including lithium salt, in a clearance of a sintered compact of phosphoric acid salt-based solid electrolyte.
