An item dispensing device includes a plurality of stacked item ejection units, a cylindrical shared delivery pipe penetrating throughout the item ejection units, and an item dispensing unit connected to a lower end of the shared delivery pipe and provided with an item dispensing slot. A plurality of item ejection ports are opened in side wall portions of the shared delivery pipe. The item ejection unit includes a circular rotor and an energizing mechanism. In the rotor, item holders opened radially inward are disposed intermittently along the circumferential direction. The energizing mechanism energizes the item held in any one of the plurality of item holders radially inward and pushes out the item through an opening of the item holder substantially horizontally to the item ejection port when the opening is aligned with the item ejection port with rotation of the rotor.

A viscous damper having an annular inertial mass body received in a case together with a damping liquid, and a hub for fixing the case on the rotary shaft of an internal combustion engine. The case including a case main body of substantially U-shaped cross section, and a cover for liquid-tightly closing an opening directed to one axial side of the main body, and defining a sealed chamber in the inside. The inertial mass body is made by superposing and joining a plurality of annular plates. Viscous damper

A torsional damper mounted to a crank shaft of an internal combustion engine has a hub provided with a rim portion and a fixing portion, and a boss welded to the rim portion. A mass body is arranged in an outer side of the rim portion via a cylindrical elastic body. A seal element of an oil seal mounted to an engine assembly makes contact with an outer circumferential surface of the boss. The hub has a carbon equivalent of 0.5% or less, and a boss has a carbon equivalent of 0.5% or less and a carbon content of 0.2% or more. Induction hardening is applied to a portion of the boss with which the oil element makes contact.

Torsional damper

An electrophoresis film support particularly useful for the electrophoretic separation of serum proteins. According to one aspect, the electrophoresis film support comprises a microporous polymer membrane sheet containing therein an additive which is selected from the group consisting of hydroxypropyl cellulose, triphenyl phosphate, tricresyl phosphate and mixtures thereof. According to another aspect the electrophoresis film support comprises a microporous membrane sheet made of a polymer material containing therein an additive which is selected from the group consisting of higher fatty acids having 10 to 27 carbon atoms and mixtures thereof, the additive being contained in an amount, based on the weight of the polymer material, ranging from 10 ppm to 3,000 ppm or the maximum solubility limit of the higher fatty acids in the polymer material.
