A steam valve including a valve seat and a valve body, each of which has: a first layer formed on a base material and made of a material different from the base material; and a second layer formed on the first layer in a contact position between the valve body and the valve seat and made of a material different from the base material and the first layer. On one side or the other side of a steam passage regarding at least one of the valve body or the valve seat, a minimum curvature radius of the first layer in a cross-section along a direction of relative movement between the valve body and the valve seat is equal to or larger than the smaller of a minimum curvature radius of a surface of the base material or a minimum curvature radius of a surface of the second layer.

A vehicular article-accommodating structure, includes a lid front part provided with an opening of such size as to be larger than the cross-sectional diameter of a cup but also capable of preventing tipping and falling of the cup, a link mechanism for causing the lid front part to perform a translational movement between a first position and a second position, and a lower part of a bottom part and an upper part of a bottom part for receiving the bottom surface of the cup at the first position and the second position. The second position is a high position having a height greater than that of the first position, and is a position rearward from the first position. The height of the lid front part can be changed by a prescribed distance, and the distance from the lid front part to a passenger can be reduced by a prescribed distance.

A vehicle seat is provided with a seat cushion and a seat back. The seat back is provided with a resin frame at least a part of the rear surface side of which is exposed; a pad material disposed on the resin frame; a trim cover for covering the pad material; and a resin hook mounted to an end of the trim cover. The resin frame has a turned-back end formed by turning back outward in a U shape an end of the resin frame. The resin hook is engaged with the turned-back end. The resin hook has a protrusion at the portion thereof which is located within the turned-back end.

There is provided a silicon single crystal producing method in producing a silicon single crystal by the Czochralski method using a pulling apparatus including a heat shield, wherein an oxygen concentration in the crystal is controlled through the adjustment of a flow velocity of inert gas introduced into the apparatus at the gap portion between an exterior surface of the single crystal and a lower-end opening edge of the heat shield, in accordance with a gap-to-crystal-diameter ratio ('the area of the gap portion'/'the area of a cross-sectional of the single crystal'). By this producing method, it is possible to appropriately control the oxygen concentration in the pulled single crystal.

The gas turbine blade includes a cooling channel formed therein, and a partition disposed on its tip side for isolating the cooling channel from the outside. The partition is integrally formed with a blade portion in a position on its inner side in the radial direction with respect to the tip of the gas turbine blade. Reinforcements are provided on the outer side of the partition in the radial direction and on the inner side of the tip end wall extended from the blade portion to connect the partition with the tip end wall. Outer surface cooling holes are formed to extend from the cooling channel into communication with an outer surface of the tip end wall, and inner surface cooling holes are formed to extend from the cooling channel into an inner surface of the tip end wall through the partition.

A gas turbine blade having a film cooling structure can reduce stress and strain that occur around the cooling holes of the film cooling structure. For example, in the gas turbine blade, a plurality of cooling holes thoroughly connected to the cooling pass formed inside the gas turbine blade are arranged in the span direction in the leading edge portion of the gas turbine blade, and the direction of the longitudinal axis of the cooling holes is made identical to the direction of principal strain occurring in the leading edge portion of the turbine blade within a range of 15 degrees.

The system converts the third Ethernet Frame into the first Ethernet Frame including the first identifier based on the third identifier and the conversion information and sends the first Ethernet Frame toward the destination of the first Ethernet Frame.

A live migration process between different locations is realized without migrating data stored in a storage area to another location. A network device, which is included in each of locations, for coupling to another one of the locations, the network device stores a program for realizing an access processing module for managing accesses, and coupling management information for managing a coupling relationship between the plurality of virtual machines and the plurality of storage areas, and wherein the access processing module is configured to: receive a notification to start a live migration process, refer to the coupling management information to identify a port for accessing a storage area allocated to a virtual machine; acquire an address of a transfer destination device to which an access request is transferred; generate conversion information; and control the access request based on the conversion information.

A packet forwarding apparatus with a function of registering packet forwarding control information for each user terminal into a user management table during PPPoE connection and authentication phases in which the apparatus carries out predetermined communication procedures with each user terminal. In a mobile communication system having an ATM-processed transfer path, a non-instantaneous interrupt handover can be realized. In a mobile communication network including an ATM-processed transfer path, when a mobile station is moved between cells during communication, frames are received to be identified by a mobile switching center. The frames contain the same data received from both base stations covering the cell range at asynchronous timing different from each other. A selection is made of header information with the lowest error rate from the header information of these frames. The frames are connected at instructed timing. Also, the frames to be transmitted to a plurality of base stations are duplicated, and then transmission timing is specified from these header information. These duplicated frames are transmitted at the specified transmission timing, so that the non-instantaneous interrupt handover is carried out.
