A door hole seal includes: a sheet body configured to operably couple to a door inner panel for covering an opening on the door inner panel; a synthetic resin film for joining the sheet body to the door inner panel, the synthetic resin film being transparent, the synthetic resin film including: an internal circumferential end which sticks to the sheet body; and an outer circumferential end which sticks to an inner-cabin side of the door inner panel by adhesive; and a sheet separation provided at a distance from the sheet body and between an outer circumferential end of the sheet body and the outer circumferential end of the synthetic resin film, the sheet separation adhering to the synthetic resin film.

Door hole seal

A protecting cover includes a body and an opening. The body covers a case that has an outer surface and that includes components connected to each other at least one connecting portion to house a circuit board in an inner side of the case opposite to the outer surface. The body is to cover at least part of the at least one connecting portion. The opening exposes at least part of the outer surface of the case.

Protecting cover and electronic device assembly

There is provided a ventilation structure formed in an automobile door, which is made up of a door inner panel having a hole therethrough. A door hole seal is installed in an interior side of the door inner panel. The door hole seal has a slit or an air hole nearby the hole of the door inner panel, and it covers at least the hole. A door trim is installed on the interior side of the door inner panel sandwiching the door hole seal in combination with the door inner panel. There is/are partially or successively formed a gap or gaps between a periphery of the door trim and the door inner panel. At the time the door is closed, the air in the interior of an automobile is ejected to the exterior of the automobile through the gap or the gaps, the slit or the air hole, and a drain hole which is formed in the door inner panel.

Ventilation structure of automobile door

There is provided a weather strip for use on a sunroof which can be firmly built in a seal holder even if there occur variations in molding dimensions. The weather strip comprises a thicker base part which is engaged in a built-in recess of the seal holder fixed to a roof glass, a hollow seal part which elastically contacts a roof panel, and a thinner barrel part which is integrally formed between the thicker base part and the hollow seal part and is clamped by an upper protrusion part and a lower protrusion part which are formed in the built-in recess to protrude therein, wherein a continuous angle between an upper surface of the thinner barrel part and the hollow seal part and that between a lower surface of the thinner barrel part and the hollow seal part are set 90&deg; respectively, and an ascent slope is formed on the upper surface of the thinner barrel part and ascends aslant from the hollow seal part toward the thicker base part, and a descent slope is formed on the lower surface of the thinner barrel part and descends aslant from the hollow seal part toward the thicker base part.

Weather strip for use on a sunroof

There is provided a weather strip for use on a sunroof capable of preventing squeak noises being generated in advance between a hollow seal part and a roof panel during traveling of a car by allowing the hollow seal part to satisfactorily follow vibrations of the roof panel. The weather strip ensures sealing property between a roof glass mounted on the sunroof of a car and a roof panel and comprises a built-in base part attached to the roof glass, and a hollow seal part composed of continuous ends integrally formed with the built-in base part and having substantially a circular cross section, a tip end contact part elastically contacting the roof panel, wherein thicker parts protruding inward and being continuous with the built-in base part are formed on the continuous ends of the hollow seal part and protrusions protruding inward are formed on substantially middle parts between the continuous ends and the tip end contact part.

When a sealing portion at an end portion of an extruded weatherstrip is cut out by a fixed length and a main body and a lip are set on a metal mold for die forming, concave portions are formed on a lower surface and side surface of the main body to be set on the metal mold, and are latched, respectively with convex portions of the metal mold to restrict movement. Thus a problem in external appearance caused by movement or bending of a part of the main body including the lip due to a molding pressure is eliminated.

Weather strip for automobile

A door weather strip structure includes a first weather strip and a second weather strip, fitted into a door sash. A seal block kept in elastic contact with a retainer of the door sash is provided in the vicinity of a connection between a molded part which is a portion of the second weather strip, corresponding to the roof of an automobile, and an extruded part on the side of a pillar, positioned on a side opposite from an extruded part on the side of a center pillar. The seal block prevents water intruding on the molded part from flowing down through the gap passage formed among the first weather strip, the second weather strip, and the door sash making ingress into the interior of the automobile through the lower part of the front pillar.

Door weather strip structure

A door weather strip with seal lips attached thereto, fitted to a door sash, and provided with a gap of a given magnitude on a vertical plane between edges of respective seal lips of both an extrusion molded part on the side of a roof and an extrusion molded part on the side of a center pillar, a reinforcing rib is provided over the whole length of a seal lip of a molded part, which connects the extrusion molded parts with each other to form a corner section. The reinforcing rib is located on the interior side of an automobile where no elastic contacts with a body panel is being made, thereby preventing the waving from occurring to the molded part.

Door weather strip with seal lips attached thereto

A glass run comprises: a vertical run including a vehicle outside seal lip, a curved seal lip, and a coupling portion through which the vehicle outside seal lip and the curve seal lip are coupled to each other; and an inclined run including the vehicle outside seal lip, the curved seal lip, a hollow lip having a hollow, and a coupling portion through which the vehicle outside seal lip, the curve seal lip and the hollow lip are coupled to one another. The vertical run and the inclined run are formed as one unit by molding in such a manner that the vertical run and the inclined run are joined obliquely. The coupling portion of the vertical run has a shift preventing protrusion on the rear surface thereof, and the door sash has an opening which is engageable with the protrusion, so that the inclined run is prevented from being shifted.

Glass run

Door weather strips comprises: a horizontal door glass plate channel weather strip for a front door which includes a horizontal channel member, and a horizontal lip whose sealing end face is flush with a sealing end face of the horizontal channel member; a horizontal/vertical door weather strip for a rear door which includes a horizontal channel member whose end face is defined by a sealing curved end face of a hollow vertical lip with the aid of a vertical lip, and a horizontal lip having a sealing curved end face which is curved towards the inside of a vehicle following the outer peripheral surface of the sealing curve end face of the hollow vertical lip. With the weather strips, the parting portion and the upper end portion of the center pillar section are more positively sealed.
