The present invention provides an artificial nuclease comprising a DNA-binding domain and a function domain linked to each other via a polypeptide consisting of 35 to 55 amino acid residues wherein amino acid residues at two sites in a DNA-binding module contained in a DNA-binding domain exhibit a mode of repetition that is different for every four DNA-binding modules; a vector for expressing said artificial nuclease; a vector library for preparing said vector; and a vector set for preparing said vector library.

The present disclosure provides a technique whereby the influence of an endogenous TCR is eliminated in TCR gene transfer. A TCR gene is edited using a genome editing enzyme, said genome editing enzyme having one characteristic that amino acids at two specific positions in DNA-binding modules contained in a DNA-binding domain thereof show repeating patterns which differ from one module to another among the four DNA-binding modules. Thus, a lowering in the expression efficiency of the transferred TCR caused by mispairing with an endogenous TCR and the occurrence of a self-reactive TCR are avoided.

Provided is a synthetic resin stent that has resistance to pressure externally applied from the radial direction while in an enlarged diameter state even when the synthetic resin fibers are thin. The synthetic resin stent comprises: a stent main section that is formed by synthetic resin fibers into a cylinder and that can deform from a reduced diameter state to an enlarged diameter state; and a restricting mechanism that keeps the stent main section in the enlarged diameter state by restricting the stent main section from reducing in diameter when in the enlarged diameter state.
