A sintered bearing includes, on an inner peripheral surface, a cylindrical portion and a one-side increased-diameter portion, which are provided so as to be continuous in the axial direction. An end portion of one side in the axial direction of the cylindrical portion and an end portion of another side in the axial direction of the increased-diameter portion coincide, and the cylindrical portion and the increased-diameter portion are molded by performing sizing on a sintered compact having a tubular shape, which is introduced into a die.

Device for perforating panels of material

A sintered bearing includes a cylindrical portion, one-side increased-diameter portion and another-side increased-diameter portion. A metal structure of the another-side increased-diameter portion has a higher density than a metal structure of a core portion of the sintered compact. A metal structure of the cylindrical portion has an expansion along a direction of ironing by the sizing core and a higher density than the metal structure of the another-side increased-diameter portion. A metal structure of the one-side increased-diameter portion has an expansion along a direction of ironing by the sizing core and a higher density than the metal structure of the cylindrical portion.

A voltage conversion apparatus includes a booster circuit, a boost stop circuit, a Zener diode, and a capacitor. The boost stop circuit includes a transistor. When an overvoltage equal to or larger than a breakdown voltage of the Zener diode is output to an output line of the booster circuit, the Zener diode is turned on. Accordingly, the transistor is turned on and a switching element is turned off to stop a boost operation. Further, the capacitor is charged through the Zener diode. Even when the Zener diode is turned off due to a drop in the output voltage after the stop of the boost operation, the transistor maintains its on state for a certain time by discharge of the capacitor. Thus, the stop of the boost operation is continued.

Voltage conversion apparatus

Coil patterns are provided in first and second outer surface layers and an inner layer of the board. First and second heat-dissipation patterns are provided in the second outer surface layer. A first thermal inter-layer connection member connects the coil pattern of the first outer surface layer and the first heat-dissipation pattern. A second thermal inter-layer connection member connects the coil pattern of the inner layer and the second heat-dissipation pattern. The coil pattern provided in the second outer surface layer and the first and second heat-dissipation patterns are separated from each other. An area of the second heat-dissipation pattern is larger than an area of the first heat-dissipation pattern.

A method of manufacturing an electronic apparatus having a resist pattern provided over a substrate provided with a thin film transistor, the method includes the steps of forming by application a resist film over the substrate in the state of covering the thin film transistor, forming a resist pattern by subjecting the resist film to exposure to light and a developing treatment, and irradiating the resist pattern with at least one of ultraviolet light and visible light in a dry atmosphere in the condition where a channel part of the thin film transistor is prevented from being irradiated with light having a wavelength of shorter than 260 nm, wherein a step of heat curing the resist pattern is conducted after the irradiation with at least one of ultraviolet light and visible light.

Rear suspension

A cylinder liner or a cylinder block's bore portion formed of a composite alloy material reinforced with fibers and dispersed with ceramic particles. In the cylinder liner or the bore portion of the cylinder block, ceramic particles and alumina short fibers are uniformly dispersed in a light metal matrix. For producing the cylinder liner and the cylinder block, a preform having a shape identical with the cylinder liner or the bore portion is produced by mixing together the ceramic particles and the alumina short fibers. Molten light metal is infiltrated into voids of the preform during casting.

Aluminum die-casting alloys

An aluminum part joint structure including at least two casted joint pieces to be assembled together, each of the pieces being formed with joint surfaces. Adhesive agent layer is provided between the joint surfaces. The adhesive agent comprises 45 to 54 wt % of epoxy resin, 30 to 40 wt % of aluminum particles each having diameter of 0.1 to 0.2 mm, and 4 to 6 wt % of guanidine derivative.
