A driver including: an ejection part to which a fastener is supplied; a driver blade which moves from a first position toward a second position and drives the fastener into a driven member; and a rack provided to the driver blade. The driver further includes: a rotary component engaging with the rack and moving the driver blade from the second position to the first position; and a lock plate engaging with the rack. The driver blade moves from the second position to the first position while the rotary component rotates once, the rotary component is released from engaging with the rack after the driver blade moves from the second position to the first position, and moves from the first position to the second position, and the lock plate is engageable with the rack when the driver blade stops before reaching the second position from the first position.

Driver

A driving tool capable of making a second engaging portion engage with a first engaging portion which is an original engaging target when a rotating portion is rotated in a state where a striking unit is stopped between a first position and a second position is provided. The driving tool includes a striking unit, a wheelconfigured to actuate the striking unit, a plurality of first engaging portions provided on the striking unit, and a plurality of second engaging portions provided on the wheel. The plurality of first engaging portions includes first engaging portionsandand first engaging portionsto. The plurality of second engaging portions includes a second engaging portionengaging with the first engaging portionsandwhen the wheelis rotated in a state where the striking unitis stopped at the second position and second engaging portionstoengaging with the first engaging portionstowhen the wheelis rotated in a state where the striking unitis stopped at the second position. An adjustment mechanism, which makes the second engaging portionengage with the first engaging portionsandand makes the second engaging portionstoengage with the first engaging portionstowhen the wheelis rotated in a state where the striking unitis stopped between the first position and the second position, is provided.

Driving tool

There is provided a driving machine capable of reducing a load applied to a guide member in a direction of a center axis. The driving machine drives a fastener into a workpiece. The driving machine includes a movable piston, a driver blade operating together with the piston and applying driving force to the fastener, a cylinder guiding operation of the piston, a holder provided in a housing and supporting the cylinder, and a vibration damping rubber interposed between the holder and the housing and receiving a load applied to the holder in an operational direction of the piston.

A working tool with further improved fastener driving accuracy is realized. A driving tool includes a driver blade configured to strike a fastener and drive it into a driving surface, a blade guide configured to form an ejection path through which the fastener struck by the driver blade passes, and a probe that is movable in a top-bottom direction and contacts to the fastener ejected from the ejection path to guide the fastener. The blade guide is provided with a limiting portion configured to limit an upward movement amount of the probe such that the probe does not reach a predetermined position when the probe moves upward in a state in which a striking direction of the fastener is inclined by a predetermined angle or more with respect to the driving surface.

Working tool

A driver capable of suppressing an increase in a load of a bumper is provided. The driver includes a striking portion provided movably and configured to move to strike a fastener; a bumper configured to be in contact with the striking portion to restrict a range of movement of the striking portion; and a housing configured to support the bumper, the driver further including a load suppressing portion configured to suppress an increase in a load of the bumper based on the load of the bumper detected by a load detection portion or number of operations of the striking portion within a predetermined time.

Provided is a driver configured to be capable of filling gas suitable for a set pressure of a pressure chamber. This driver is provided with: a pressure chamber into which gas is filled; a striker moved in a first direction Dby pressure of the pressure chamber to strike nails; and an electric motor and a pin wheel, which move the striker in a second direction opposite to the first direction to increase the pressure of the pressure chamber. A pressure regulator for regulating the pressure of the gas filled into the pressure chamber is dedicated for the driver, and the driver is provided with a mounting hole dedicated for the pressure regulator.

Driver, pressure regulator and driving unit

A driving tool includes: a striking unit striking a fastener by being actuated in a first direction; a rack on the striking unit; a wheel; and a second transmission portion on the wheel and capable of being engaged with and released from the rack. The striking unit can be actuated in a second direction when the second transmission portion is engaged with the rack, and the striking unit can be actuated in the first direction when the second transmission portion is released from the rack. The second transmission portion includes: a tooth portion arranged along a rotation direction of the wheel and turned in a predetermined direction to be engaged with and released from the rack; and a movable piece actuated in the predetermined direction to be engaged with the rack and actuated in a different direction from the predetermined direction to be released from the rack.

Driving tool with rotating member to move striking unit

This driving tool includes: a pressure accumulator () in which a compressible gas is accumulated; a striking part which operates in a first direction to strike a fastener with a pressure of the compressible gas; and a driving part which causes the striking part to operate in a second direction opposite to the first direction and to increase the pressure of the pressure accumulator (). The driving tool further includes: a cylinder chamber () in which the compressible gas to be supplied to the pressure accumulator () can be contained; a holder () forming the pressure accumulator () and the cylinder chamber (); a piston () which is disposed in the holder () and is operable to reduce the volume of the cylinder chamber (); and a switching valve () capable of connecting and disconnecting the cylinder chamber () and the pressure accumulator ().

The disclosure provides a driving tool. The driving tool includes an ejection part, a pressure accumulator, a striking part, a driving part, and a housing. The driving tool includes a cylinder forming at least a part of the pressure accumulator, and a piston formed in the striking part. The driving part and a wire material are entirely disposed outside, in the radial direction of the cylinder, a region in which the piston is arranged, and outside a region in which the piston slides in an operating direction of the striking part with respect to the cylinder.

Nail jamming in a driving tool is easily solved. The driving tool includes: a striking driver configured to drive a driver blade that strikes a fastener; a first blade guide fixed to a main body having the striking driver; and a second blade guide attached to the first blade guide and configured to form an injection path for the fastener together with the first blade guide. The driver blade is arranged so as to go through a space made of two opposite side walls of the injection path, a top wall and a bottom wall, and either one of the two side walls, is separated from the injection path when the first blade guide and the second blade guide are separated from each other.

A driver capable of suppressing an increase in a load of a bumper is provided. The driverincludes a striking portionprovided movably and configured to move to strike a fastener; a bumperconfigured to be in contact with the striking portionto restrict a range of movement of the striking portion; and a housingconfigured to support the bumper, the driverfurther including a load suppressing portion configured to suppress an increase in a load of the bumperbased on the load of the bumperdetected by a load detection portion or number of operations of the striking portion within a predetermined time.

A fastener driving machine provided with a mechanism to lubricate pins or racks is realized. A fastener driving machine includes a driver blade, pins, and a lubricant feeding mechanism. The driver blade can reciprocate in a first direction and a second direction opposite to each other, and hits a fastener when the driver blade moves in the first direction. The pins respectively engage with racks provided on the driver blade to move the driver blade in the second direction. The lubricant feeding mechanism supplies lubricant to the racks and the pins.
