A thermoplastic resin composition includes: a polycarbonate resin (I); a specific graft copolymer (II); a vinyl copolymer (III); an inorganic filler (IV); and a phosphate ester compound (V). The vinyl-based copolymer (III) has a weight average molecular weight of 110,000 or less. A ratio of a melt flow rate of the vinyl-based copolymer (III) to a melt flow rate of the polycarbonate resin (I) is 7 or more and 12 or less. A blending amount of the phosphoric acid ester-based compound (V) is 1 to 10 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of a total amount of (I) to (IV).

Thermoplastic resin composition and molded article thereof

A thermoplastic resin composition exhibiting good balance of mechanical properties, heat resistance, flowability, and size stability as well as excellent stability in retention in the molding, appearance of the molded article, and coating properties, and also, a molded article thereof are provided. The thermoplastic resin composition is a blend of a polycarbonate resin (I), a graft copolymer (II) which comprises a graft copolymer (II-1) prepared by graft polymerization of a monomer mixture containing an aromatic vinyl monomer and a vinyl cyanide monomer in the presence of a diene rubbery polymer or a graft copolymer (II-2) prepared by graft polymerization of a monomer mixture containing an aromatic vinyl monomer and a vinyl cyanide monomer in the presence of an acryl rubbery polymer, a vinyl copolymer (III) prepared by copolymerizing an aromatic vinyl monomer and a vinyl cyanide monomer, a crystalline resin (IV), and a plate-shaped inorganic filler (V), and when total amount of (I)+(II)+(III)+(IV)+(V) is 100% by weight, (I) is 50 to 70% by weight, (II) is 3 to 15% by weight, (III) is 10 to 25% by weight, (IV) is 1 to 9% by weight, and (V) is 10 to 20% by weight, and content ratio of (IV) to 100% by weight of (V) is at least 10% by weight and less than 50% by weight.

A natural rubber-containing thermoplastic resin composition includes a graft copolymer (A) obtained by graft-polymerizing a vinyl monomer mixture (a) including at least an aromatic vinyl monomer to a rubbery polymer (R) composed of 10 to 70% by mass of a natural rubber having a weight average particle size of 0.3 to 1.2 &#x3bc;m and 30 to 90% by mass of a synthetic rubber having a weight-average particle size of 0.2 to 0.4 &#x3bc;m, wherein particles of the natural rubber include not less than 5% by mass of natural rubber articles with a size of 1.0 &#x3bc;m or larger; and particles of the rubbery polymer (R) with a size of 1.0 &#x3bc;m or larger have an internal graft ratio of 20% or higher.

Natural rubber-containing thermoplastic resin composition and molded article thereof

A white polyester film containing voids, wherein a resin constituting the film has a layer (layer A) formed by using a polyester resin and a cyclic olefin copolymerized resin, and wherein a void ratio taken in a cross-section of the layer is more than 25% and 75% or less and the average particle size of the cyclic olefin copolymerized resin in the film is 0.1 &#x3bc;m or more and 3 &#x3bc;m or less.

Provided is an antistatic white polyester film for a surface illuminant reflector, which has practically adequate reflective performance in a visible light region, can form a film with stability even if inorganic fine particles are added in a high concentration, prevents dirt and dust from adhering to the surface of the film due to having an antistatic coat, can control the gloss levels of the front and back sides of the film, and thereby can control a diffusing property of light, and can be suitably used as a base material for a reflector used for a liquid crystal display or an internally illuminated electric ornament signboard. An antistatic white polyester film for a surface illuminant reflector, having a base material layer formed by using a polyester resin and an antistatic applied layer having the surface resistivity of 3&#xd7;10&#x25a1;/&#x25a1; or less at a temperature of 23&#xb0; C. and at a relative humidity of 50%, wherein an average reflectivity at a wavelength of 400 to 700 nm is 90% or more on one surface of the polyester film and a difference in a gloss level (60&#xb0;) between one surface and the other surface of the polyester film is 5 to 80.
